If you check real news and do your research, you would have found the wind turbines are a miniscule part of it. The main problem are a nuke plant  natural gas (huge) and coal plants that can't fire up. Seems the pipelines can't function in the cold.

Snow on solar panels they cant get to yet. Progress is killing people

Progress is costly in standard of living during times like this and in terms of $. But yet man is killing the earth.  So what do we do as overpopulation is the biggest problem?

So they put all of their eggs into the natural gas basket which works during normal situations but not then the temperature is 40-50 degrees below normal.

As for firing up the coal plants you do realize it's not like turning on a switch. There's quite a procedure for bringing a coal fired generating plant on line.

Bottom line is you don't shut down generating capacity until you have a viable replacement for the power you are losing.

Mailata?

I still think Mailata is likely our best option at LT but I don't want to just hand it to him ... I would like to see an open competition between him and Dillard, who plays the best wins the job (draft status plays no role).  The other serves as the backup LT.  It certainly cannot hurt to have depth there, especially after watching injuries ravage the group the past few seasons.

How did the OL look with Hurts?  Seemed like he ran a lot.   The other thing,  we had a few really long running plays...  skewed the average a little.

I think some of the young guys had good individual efforts.  The low expectations kinda raise the bar though.  If Kelce retires, which looks to be the direction he is going.  The older guys coming back to take reps away on the right side.   It could be ok.  But comparison to around the league.  Especially our division.  Other teams have younger players who will get better, and build chemistry with guys they played with consistently last year for NY and Wash.  Dallas had a bunch of injuries on their OL.

Now flip to our DL which has been our old reliable with Graham and Cox anchoring that.  The legs can easily fall right from under that in a hurry.   Other teams have younger guys that are going to get better.   We can't look at it from we are going to improve and other teams are going to stand still. If anything, those teams should improve more, similar to how say the Buffalo OL did this year with basically the same guys getting that experience together.    Who is ready to step up on the DL.  On the OL, if Lane and Brooks come back, what does that do for Herbig and Driscoll?     It's harder to progress when you don't know your position and who the guys next to you will be. Even harder if you are on the bench.

Every Running game has long runs for all teams. That factors in for everyone. So Eagles ran for 5.0 average which ranked second. Sure hurts ran some, but to only a 5.6 average and he only played 4 games. I am not discounting blown plays which we had allot of. But those can mostly be attributed to a few bad players and our RB's who can't block. Pryor, Opeta and Brown stunk but all others played OK after they got their feet wet. We were not a terrible mess though for most games. What made it appear as such was a QB who held onto the ball for 3.27 seconds on average, a Coach who refused to call running plays even though we were successful at it. We had RB's who missed blocks on blitzes.

Teams like TB and Arizona knew how to beat us was to blitz as much as possible, because we were not running it. Pretty simple to scheme against a team that PASSES ON EVERY DOWN.

What about all the times Wentz and Hurts had to run for their lives?  Idk how many sacks Tampa had in the SB, but I know Mahomes was pressured all game long.    That is a factor for sure.

LOL, that will happen when you don't get rid of the ball in 2.5 seconds!  Wentz was his worst enemy last season. There were plays that were there and his #1 option and he still held onto the ball. So then he tucks and "Runs for his life" Right that was the O-Line!

KC was also without both starting OTs (and KC didn't bother to give their replacements any help).

No proof it's man made. Talk to Texas right now about "global warming". China built 3x as many coal plants as the rest of the world COMBINED, talk to them too, I'm sure they will willingly comply. We have to suffer due to political stupidity?

Why is everything information warfare?

Now dumb articles coming out we might draft a QB. We have a lot of pieces already and speculating on what Wentz wants because he doesn't talk to the media is asinine.

The loser in this whole thing is us, and the winners are the news outlet advertisers.

TB loves to blitz. They blitz more than any other team. So, unless you show a balanced attack they will kill you with the pass rush. Couple that with 2nd string tackles and we know why KC lost. You are right in that Andy did not help them in either blocking scheme or running the ball or using screens..... Of course the lop sided penalties did not help lol

That's OK.

I read an article that said Wentz is going to Chicago.

The next article was Watson going to Chicago.

They're gonna be QB rich aren't they?

People trying to stay employed

I would look seriously at Sadarius Hutcherson(S Carolina) if we want an O lineman. He has basically learned to play all G and T spots in his career. Not really a fan of TOO many swiss army types, but this guy can cover alot of spaces(late 5-mid 6 pick) I like the value he offers

Oil needs warmed and they don't have the "green energy" to do it lol. Normally they would divert some solar panel energy to this, but the panels are another load of BS.

Grandson just got an offer from Middle Tennessee State University ( Conference USA) and a text from West point asking for his transcripts.

Awesome congrats!

Just talked to my Brother. He lives in Midland, TX. He is lucky his generator fired up after 3 years. The Green energy is working at 2.5%. All of the Wind Turbines are down due to frozen bearings. Solar panels are worthless as no sun in 5 days. So they have all of these coal power plants sitting there which they could fire up but are not. dumb!

My cuz is too. They turn power on for 3-4 hours, then send it elsewhere. He is 71,he deserves better. People saying "im good I have a generator" have not run out of gas yet. No electric means gas station pumps dont work(11 days without power in FL)

Power plants aren't something you can just fire up at a moments notice. It takes a number of days and is even worse if they haven't been in service for a long period of time.

Lets remember why they were shut down in the first place.

Why were they shut down before the replacements/BU's were in place? Stupid AF. Germans freezing to death also(they are the green capital of the world) Betting it's nice and warm in China 🙄

Amen to that.

Unfortunately nuclear power is one of the best and most efficient ways of generation. Small modular reactors may also be too.
