Deshaun Watson is facing a third lawsuit that accuses him of sexual misconduct with another massage therapist.

Could be why he's staying put for now.

The other two happed before Last season. Of course he is denying everything. I think I read March and August of 2020? Correct me if I am wrong....

I believe you're right. The third one popped up (no pun intended) recently

Just going to throw out what I believe is most likely for the Eagles to do in the top pick in the draft. Starting with most likely to least.

Draft a QB- this is not the popular opinion I know but since I’ve been a fan and it has only ever been under Lurie as owner it has ALWAYS started with the QB and when we are not sure about the guy under center we go above and beyond to make sure we have guys most recent example Sam Bradford/Chase Daniels then trading up for Wentz.

Draft an OL- Eagles build inside out draft has some top rated OL worthy of top 10 picks

draft a DL- Don’t think this would be the best value but Eagles overvalue the lines and wouldn’t shock me to see a reach

draft a WR- this could be the best value pick in the draft but just don’t see us going skill position

draft a CB

draft a TE-

BTW, for any of you that have never been to Green Bay, I strongly suggest you go once in your lifetime. Best place to go as a visitor. Fans are great. Plus Krolls has the best burger you will eat....  Last year was the first my wife did not get out to a game in Green Bay since the early 90's

Just wondering if you were aware that Lurie told HR to build around Hurts this off season? Meaning DO Not Draft another QB...... It is all over in the local news. Of course it could be gossip too....

If Wentz had kicked ass there would be no controversy?? And Wentz would probably still be here with Hurts as the BU

So... let's see the issue in Indy.  You get it with Mahomes... 9 points, no TDs, 2 INTs.... etc.   The team was the issue,  not the QB.  The QB was the effect, not the cause.  You understand that without the emotion of being the team's fan... you get it with Mahomes.   The backup QB was irrelevant.

Howie invests in the backup.  That has been the rinse repeat.  I am talking about not continuing to do it. No picks,  no money.   A vet minimum and. UDFA to fill the roster.   We can find a backup QB in a couple of years,  we need to secure a starter for now and probably the foreseeable future.

Nick Sirianni, when asked about #Eagles' WR situation, gets animated talking about existing options on roster and how he liked those guys during draft.

Group currently includes Jalen Reagor, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, John Hightower, Quez Watkins, Travis Fulgham, and Greg Ward.

If Siri is the WR  whisperer like is being talk like he is we have a lot of raw talent at WR that just needs to be maximized

I listened to it on the radio.  Boy were they picking on the new coach.

IDK, looking at the composite BB, other than Sewell, there are no other top linemen in the top 10. After Sewell and Pitts,it's all QB' WR"s and CB's

This is why I think they are trying to trade down.  Get a lineman,  a future foundation piece and more picks.  Plus you save cap space,  even if it's just a little,  by trading down.

I’m curious if you truly believe this??? Because Howie came out today and said that was false.

I think it was also a weirdly timed release for that to come out and I don’t think the Eagles let out anything they don’t want out there.

If Pitts is gone at 4 to ATL,then I would be ok with a trade back. I just feel strongly Pitts is an offensive difference maker. WR does't really seem pressing to me as nice ones can be had all through this draft. I think we need to look at a really good C to replace Kelce. Those are not my best scouting guys,so I would rely on you guys to know if a C pick is worth an in draft, using a round pick. I have mine as a UDFA and like a punter, either you can do it or you can't. I also like Newsome at 37 at CB, a position we ignore almost as much as LB

Well, TBH I don't put allot of stock what I hear around here. I don't know what to believe to be honest BG. Maybe you are right, but if 4 QBs are taken before #6 I doubt we go for #5...

Maybe Joemas is right about trading back. Listen, the Eagles hardly ever do what we want so anything is possible...

GB, I am not sure we will go this year either with the Covid. But we will be going in 2022, so if you want to come, let me know and I will send you the info. We always seat lower level right near an exit as my wife hates stairs lol Probably can get you to see some players if you like....

My RB pick  is in 5 and I really like this kid. Patterson from Buffalo. I think he's woud be perfect in a RBBC with Sanders and Scott. He's also usefull as a basher/GL option in the RZ

Rodgers was not even close to demanding a trade!  Where did you hear that? LOL Trust me, I hear more about the truth than anywhere you read about GB players. My wife's Friend tells her everything that is going on. He lives next to Donald Driver in Green Bay and sees Mark Murphy allot at the Golf Course there. Does he know everything? Not even close, but he knows allot of stuff we never hear about. He did not like the Hiring of the HC but quickly did an about face. They get along great now. Better than most think. Rodgers has freedom to change any play in the huddle based on his reads. I remember watching one game and he looked at Scantling and pointed up the field. The threw a perfect ball down the seam for a TD.

The big difference.   Green Bay won 13 games the year before drafting Love in round 1.   Rodgers was already on a very good team.   Watson,Wentz, Wilson.... not so much.

The chance to win is a big factor... really could be the only legit factor in wanting out.    It seems people on here don't seem to realize that.   Football is a brutal sport with a lot of commitment.  Other than a rookie just trying to establish himself or the older guy collecting his last pay check... the chance to win is everything.

I mean... Kelce and Graham got more money ... their last pay day.   People miss that.    Hurts and the rest of the young guys need to prove they belong in the league.    But where are the guys in the middle... they don't exist on this team.  Can't compare Green Bay to Houston or Philly.   Put Rodgers in one of the other spots , he probably wants out... put Watson, Wentz or Wilson in Green Bay and I'm sure they would be willing to stay.

If 4 QB go before pick 6 I think we are one of the teams moving up to pick. I don’t see Jets Miami or ATL drafting QB.
So to me that means there are 3 trades that happen for teams to get a QB Carolina is likely one of them maybe Denver/SF

I may take you up on that

I keep hearing us say all the right things with Hurts but to me it just seems like we are talking him up if all else fails.

We can’t trade for Watson or our draft falls through... "Oh we believed in Hurts the entire time”

I could be wrong but that is the impression I get when I hear us talk about Hurts.

Carolina will need to move to 4 or 5 IMO. Pats may move up, but I doubt it would be top 5,but I think they go QB wherever they end up and we will always disagree that the Jets aren't QB hunting lol. I hope Carolina makes that move to 4. That would put Pitts in our lap

I know,  your whole focus in on Pitts.   I prefer him not to come here and deal with our fans, but hope he doesn't go to Dallas or NYG.   Puts me in a tough spot if I have to root against him.

If we pass on him,I'm sure Detroit would love to add him for Goff especially now that one of their WR's walked

Totally same vibe.  You can almost smell the BS over the radio.  Howie said Hurts has a " plus arm"  ????  He'd have to play 2B on my slow pitch softball team with that arm.   Next thing,  " he is a tall QB, you can't teach being tall"   it's about the only thing left that people would realize they are spewing the BS.

If I’m Philly and I wanted a skill position player I’m selling the point that I want a QB hard I want to get teams like Carolina and Denver etc. jumping in front to select a QB so a better skill guy fall to me.

On the flip side if I want a QB I’m making teams think I’m good with Hurts.

just the way I’d do things

Carolina could also try to move to 3. Miami could easily trade back, but I think 4 would work because I dont see the FIns going QB
