Once AGAIN because they assume Pitts is gone lol. Go troll their boards if you dont believe me

GB... but what do their boards have to do with anything that actually happens?

I’m disappointed in the bringing back Ridgeway move. It’s lower roster so I’m not going ballistic. Just been so injured....would have rather....given somebody else a shot. I wouldn’t consider him a lock to make the team even.

I hope they can make Ridgeway a fourth DT. Uninjured he’s a respectable fourth.

I completely disagree with you dude was playing great ball when healthy. Our team has struggled to keep players healthy as a whole.

Ridgeway is a good 3rd DT

So Golladay has an offer from the Bengals and is meeting with the Giants

So if he goes to NY.... 2 things.

The favorite in my eyes to win the NFC East just got a hole filled... but also means Cincy ( the pick in front of us is looking for WR help)   their QB played with Chase in college,to me I assume he would be their guy?   But Pitts makes sense their too.

What happens at # 2 ... if it's QB by the Jets,  could mean a team like Carolina moves up to 3 or 4.  If it's a trade up to 2.  Then could mean Miami and ATL have no trade offers and have to pick. In that case, you would think Sewell and one of Pitts or Chase go... leaving Cincy with the other.

I think a Jets / Carolina trade could be the only trade up in front of us.  Not sure any other team would be looking to trade up being that Carolina seems to be the team to leap frog for a QB?

Maybe another team looks to leap frog SF, but they could do that behind us?

I guess I’m coming around on the idea a little. But only as I think it would be a great situation to bring in a third round pick DT. Make the rook beat out a vet in Ridgeway to earn his place in the rotation. Then see if he can chisel at the starters. Would be a pretty ideal environment for a kid to develop.

These are the quality type fringe of the roster moves that I like to see.... when I feel my team is close.   All those little situational specific players/ backups, they help the team function.    In this case,  hard to really care one way or the other.  What major help or what major disappointment could he bring?

Dude is basically getting a tryout for the future,  nothing to lose for the Eagles.

I’m thinking Douglas, with the Jets.......trades back. He wanted to be the Rosie understudy. He’s gets a haul to trade back....and with all those picks...he actually picks a few good players...and keeps his job.

We can use anything across the board if we can get a good young DT I’m with it Rodgeway doesn’t stop that in my eyes

Still could happen? Just depends if the rookie steps up.

Boyd and they just drafted Higgins. He’s a good receiver. But the Thuney deal had already been done to KC. I’m sure the Bengals would have been in on him also. Burrow just tore his ACL. It’s tough to think they don’t prioritize protection.

Absolutely I think the Jets want to trade.   Whether it's pick 2 or Darnold, for sure they want something.    Trading the pick should bring back more in return.   I've had the idea of Carolina/ Jets trade all along.   It's interesting due to the order of the draft and how teams feel about the other QBs.

We could see a trade up for a QB we didn't expect??? Only takes one team that loves a guy so much and is nervous about not getting him.

If Sewell goes ... do they pass up a weapon for the 2nd OL?   Really either helps... but you we can see the strategy of trying to get Holliday ... then making it better choice to fill another need, perhaps even if the player isn't as highly rated.

I think it might be the Niners

Or what about....Da Raiders. All the way back at 17. Mayock and Gruden know they don’t have long. They’d be willing to mortgage some 2023 draft picks.

Miami wants a QB. I think they weren’t scared to swing for the fence with Tua. But they’ve never felt like they wanted to put all their eggs in that basket.

Lawrence first to Jags. Then the Jets trade back with whomever taking Wilson. Then Miami chooses between Fields and Lance. It’s been presumed for a long time Fields. So I’ll say Fields. ATL I don’t think is all about taking a QB. Matty Ice goes in the Falcons HOF. So ATL could be up for trading back....if somebody is all about Lance.

Who takes Parsons? Could he fall to New England?

Nothing really, I was just countering Ham that they will take a CB. The assumption is Pitts is gone before they pick(even if we don't take him)

WHy would Miami take a QB?

Golladay, JuJu or even Sammy Watkins could make a ton of sense for us. That kind of lead vet to go with the youth.

They aren’t sold on Tua

Don't see it that way at all. Jet's not happy with Darnold. Costs them nothing to keep him as a BU or as a trade piece later. Jet's take Fields or Wilson. Fins take Sewell, hoping Carolina trades up to 4 with ATL to get QB 3, Chase to Cincy is how I see it play out. ATL at 8 with the trade back still gets really good WR and get an extra pick from Carolina. Should leave us with Pitts on the board

Why do you think that? They are more sold on Tua than the Jets are on Darnold lol

Not sold enough...they aren’t taking Lawrence, Wilson or Fields.

Where are you getting the loot to pay Juju?? I think Gollday is already gone?

Right, they are gonna take Sewell at 3

Jets have to take Wilson or Fields....or trade back. Feels like Wilson to me.  They already have great draft ammo. But they could really infuse that team by trading back. I just don’t think Tua sold anybody. Miami can only pass if they deem Fields or Lance total garbage. I think....Fields to South Beach.

Fins in the same boat we are, probably ahead of us on the rebuild, they can get Sewell at 3 and get a nice WR at 18 for him. If Tua sucks this year(see Hurts) they can always go QB next year or get one in FA. I don' think they drafted him to quit on him yet,but that's just my op
