OT- (This was all pre-planned with my buddy) His son worked at a 7/11, so my daughter and I had a shopping trip planned,so I made sure we stopped at the 7/11 first. I asked the cashier(friends son) to give me a $10 scratch off lottery ticket(which was a fake planted one).SO,we got back in the car to head to the shopping place and I told my daughter "Scratch that off maybe we will have more store money" SO she did and(of course) it was a million dollar "winning" ticket. Obviously she went crazy when she "won". I let her think that for the next 30 minutes to wherever we were going. Best April Fools joke ever(and she has not forgiven me to this day HAHAHAHA)

Jim Nagy on Twitter: "All the talk on outside continues to be on the "big five” (Lawrence, Wilson, Fields, Jones, Lance) but there’s growing buzz inside the league on two QBs: Stanford’s Davis Mills and Texas A&M’s Kellen Mond. Both are seen as potential starters. Neither is getting out of Round 2." / Twitter

It will be interesting to see if these guys rise up to the first. Mond is a guy Washington might like, and NE might like a guy like Mills, especially if Mac Jones goes at three. Mond ran a 4.57, which is pretty fast.

Yeah I'm sure the Pats will take one of them and could do that without a trade up

LOL but we need everything,so the point is rather moot. I will also remind you we have only 1 top rate RB. I like Scott, but 2 isn't enough. Our WR's are "mediocre". They seem solid, but noone is going to DT any of them. We need to get Kelces replacement in here, we need solid O line players and more BU depth, so to say all we need is defense is total fallacy. Our D wasn't all that bad considering they were on the field for 35 minutes a game because the O couldn't score. So I'm taking a CB first, then a WR

"I can trust that the offensive minded HC can put together the offense; they need more elite playmakers on the other side of the ball more so than WRs"   These people have never worked together, but you already trust them??? Based on what???? Don't they need to prove that first???

I’m in this same mindset overall im More focused on D then O though if we had a guy like Bateman fall to us in round 2 I wouldn’t complain drafting him.

I’d be alright with my first 3 picks being

Parsons- LB Penn St.

Bateman- WR Minnesota

Kelvin Joseph- CB Kentucky

I thought you said we were going QB at 6? That's offense. Maybe we pull a shocker and take a QB at 12? Mond and Mills will be around lol

Are we at 6 now lol things changed after the trade buddy

SO out with the O in with the D LMAO. If you preferred O first, that should never change. You will change back when the next article says we need to hit the O lol

You mean every article that already says we are going WR lmao I’m not you buddy...

Yes thought we were going QB and reports said we tried and failed to get that QB. Then we opted to trade back

PFF Draft on Twitter: "Most contested catches over the last two seasons (2021 Draft class): 24 - Kyle Pitts, Florida 21 - Tylan Wallace, OK St 21 - Dyami Brown, UNC 20 - Elijah Moore, Ole Miss 20 - Terrace Marshall Jr, LSU https://t.co/D7ijKgQ8Iv" / Twitter

Wallace, Brown and Moore are all potential third round guys. Moore also has great hands and moves in space well.

I favor Bateman has been one of my favorite WRs from the start

lol, You two crack me up. I think BG has been fairly consistant. He wrote he did not prefer a QB but stated the Eagles always go that way or O-Lineman if I remember correctly.  GB wanted Pitts or Chase before they traded away the pick. Since he has been D-O -D as a preference.

I do not care. I just want Howie to draft starters period!

1st- Parsons-LB

2nd Bateman-WR

3rd Joseph- CB

3rd- Jones/Weaver one of the Pitt DEs

4th- Adebo- CB

  How about this BG:

12 - Pitts

Samuel CB- 2nd round

LB  - 3rd Rd

c or D-Line 3rd rd

RB 4th rd

Don’t think Pitts will be there...And I just don’t understand drafting him he is a TE played 59 snaps as a WR I don’t think he is better then Geodart at TE... So unless we are projecting out as a WR to me he is a backup

Looking at the Sooner RB Stevenson in round 5 big guy 6ft 245 think he would compliment Sanders/Scott nicely

Also look at Beyer TE Iowa in the 6th-7th round  good blocker bit unproven as a pass catcher but Iowa has a pretty good track record with TEs

before I forget. Hope everyone has a healthy and Happy Easter. I am going to try and take off a bit early today and do not go on the EMB when I am home. Too many distractions going on all the time. Between my kids and grand kids I have no time for the internet. In fact, I closed my FB account last may and have not missed the political crap one bit.....
