1. I think Pitts is going to Atlanta at 4.   Dude is an absolute stud catching the ball, put him with those WRs, scary.

2.  ATL could trade back, IDK though,  I have always assumed Chase goes to Cincy with Burrow,  I thought the OL from Oregon was more " potential " as compared to NFL ready?

3. Does Carolina feel it needs to trade up after pick 3 ?  Idk.  But I could easily see them staying and the 4th QB falling?  Idk that it might even be better to take another player and offer the Jets another pick for Darnold ?  2nd or 3rd maybe?

4. The Eagles may have many needs.  When I look at the roster we have way more " maybes" with youth on offense. The defense is lacking both youth and potential.   Even the most positive of positive guys on the board, they know it's way more of a stretch and hoping and praying for the younger D guys to step up.    It's why I think defense makes more sense in this particular draft  "if 2 players with equal 6.813 draft grade"   and Harris at S doesn't flip the need at all for me back to offense.

Either way, we need to hit on this draft,  goes way beyond our first selection , if it's at 6, 12 or anywhere else.

Parsons would be awesome, simply because it's  been since 1979, I was younger than my 6 year old son, the last time they took an LB first.   I like to see anything that breaks these ideas that I personally believe the organization goes way overboard to follow.

Who knows, maybe Atlanta wises up with a new GM and decides to build from the trenches. Sewell going ATL could be a canary in the coal mine for Pitts falling.

Dullass needs an outside CB as well. This draft is deep at WR, Really going to come down to BPA.

Top DT and stud LB aren’t to be sneezed at....plus we’d add to our draft capital. Could possibly move back into round two and still have an extra pick in the deal.

How far back we we moving this time? Like I said just trade out of round 1 altogether. You chances of finding an especially talented player DECREASE the farther you get away from the top 10. So Ham how much farther back to you want to go?

Right,so like I said lets just trade out of round 1 altogether

I’m just not sure about the obsession with Kelce replacement. When he considered returning this season...I don’t think it was a one year decision. It was a ‘do I want to stick around on this rebuild?’  type question. I’m thinking he believes in two....maybe that third season. Three seasons in the NFL is most any window you ever get.

I'm not obsessing, but with all the talent in this draft, it's pretty rare they rank a C in round 3 and I want to best one going forward. SO solidifying a position isn't an "obsession" it's PLANNING AHEAD for the guy that is your anchor on the O line

Pats have made it fairly clear they want a QB. A move to 4 would be nearly impossible. I suppose they could stay where they are and be in the running for Jones. IDK what Carolina plans to do. They could move to 4 to ensure getting lance,or they can take the risk and wait and hope he falls to 8, which seems possible since the teams between 3-7 aren't really QB hunting

Trolling their boards, the "fans" are all in on Surtain, or were before we moved back as they "assumed" we would snag Pitts, but IDK what they would do if Pitts was around at 10. They could do that and get their CB in round 2

If Atlanta extended Ryan 2 years, they might decide to build up the team a bit this year and pick Sewell, and then draft QB next year. Also, I doubt Goff is the long term answer in Detroit. They could also be sitting pretty for a QB.

IDK Ham Kelce is what 33/34 now? You're asking for another JP re-run here my friend

Yeah true, then again ATL could draft a QB like Lance, who seems to have SUPER tools, but needs to be groomed for the job,so I could see them taking him at 4 and letting him learn behind Ryan. Although I like my round 1 pick to start, some teams take a development approach. So Lance would be ready to take the reins if Ryan hangs it up and would also give them a very solid BU this season if Lance was called upon

Except he has been threatening to retire EVERY year since the SB. I just want my anchor in place when he actually does it

After watching him the past 5 years, I don’t know how any team could think Goff is someone you build a team around.  This seems like one of those deals where Detroit was engaging in this only because they had the cap space to take on his contract and to get those high draft picks.

Goff decent not great got ton of draft picks and he redid his deal so significantly cheaper I believe for the lions

I'm thinking his wife just had another baby and the Eagles have him a few extra million dollars.   But I wouldn't obsess with his replacement either, simply because that guy could already be on the team... Seumalo, Herbig, or Driscoll.  I don't know their plans but the defense needs at least 12 guys.  Graham,Cox and Slay aren't going to be around and playing high level forever.

Jergia who I’m interested in kept him around plus maybe minor but he was the guy we put in when Kielce had to miss a few snaps late in the year and he seemed to do alright

1st- Parsons-LB

2nd Bateman-WR

3rd Joseph- CB

3rd- Jones/Weaver one of the Pitt DEs

4th- Adebo- CB

McShay’s latest mock has us taking Parsons at 12 and Bateman at 37.

https://heavy.com/sports/philadelphia-eagles/rashod-bateman-mock-draft/

I’d be beyond thrilled (and wonder who locked Howie in the closet when the picks were made!  ).

I'm not even gonna speculate who the Eagles might pick in the draft.

First of all i have no clue

Second, no matter who it is at least 50% of the fans will say it's the wrong choice.

I remember watching bateman a few times. It would be an interesting pick for sure

I remember watching Penn At. Vs Minnesota in 2019 and Bateman just absolutely shredded us

Always love it when someone says take the best player. I believe that is OBVIOUS,but if you KNOW who the best players is,get your butt to Novacare. Easy to say "Best" defining/identifying that guy, not so much. WHY would I purposely NOT take the best guy?

Ouch. I don’t know who the BEST player is when they are picking. I do know that whoever has been making the pick over the last four years or so CLEARLY doesn’t know either....and they do this for their JOB! I barely watch college football and would have taken Jefferson last year over Reagor. And who in the hell decided on Marcus Smith? Dillard is a big question mark still. I would have stayed at 6 and picked Pitts or Chase....one of them WILL be there at 6. Neither at 12. WR from Alabama that won the Heisman last year seems like a GREAT young man. I just don't like his small size. I do like him over Waddle though.
My point in drafting the BEST player available was simply to avoid picking a position. Pick whatever player is highest on your board REGARDLESS of position. That’s all.

This sums it up right here lol. Normally, I would draft for positional needs if we were just looking to upgrade, but we need everything, so that's out the window, because right now about anyone is an upgrade lol. I'd like it if we upgraded the FO and got a REAL "football guy" IN HERE

Doesn't matter now anyway with us picking up #12. But one of Pitts or Chase would have been there.
