BTW there are other options/order,just did a quick one, so I can't say I like one better than the other in the move up/down. I just hope we know what we're doing and frankly there isn't a confident track record of doing that

Right...  so do it like this.

Pitts,  pick 70 , pick 86

Horn, pick 37, pick 70, pick 86

Pick 15, pick 37, pick 46, pick 70, pick 86.

You fill in the names. And do one without taking a WR with any of these picks.   Then say which list you like.

See Panthers signed Bouye, 1 less CB off the board before us

Off the subject. My Ex is screwing me. Just found out she is not retiring when she reaches full retirement age next January and wants me to pay alimony all next year. This after paying over $25,000 so both of our daughters could get married and $5000 for my son's rehearsal Dinner. All while she did squat. So now she wants me to dish out $7200 so she can collect 8% more each month? She needs to wait 12.5 years for that to actually pay off as she forgoes 1 year's SS for a 8% increase?  Sorry, but this guy is pissed off!

OK I feel better now   Carry on........

Talk to a lawyer.Just because she wants to NOT retire, she is at full retirement age. Maybe you are off the hook. As far as weddings, you should only volunteer to pay 1/2. The lawyer could argue if you pay her alimony she needs to pony up 1/2 the wedding costs. BTW I refused (in court) to pay alimony. They told me I could be jailed. I said welp, then jail me, but then my kids will suffer too without a dad since in jail I won't have any income at all, so find another way (and they did)

Once again I can fill in names, but that may not resolve the issues. We need a WR, so why would I avoid taking one? Pitts could solve many offensive issues, so you decide if thats worth some round 2 picks. That us up to you(and ultimately the FO). Apparently it was worth selling the farm to move up for Wentz? Were all those "support" picks we gave up for him worth it? Why didnt we move back for more picks in that draft?

1.  I think good chance we don't draft a WR I'm the first 3 rounds.  A big mock drafter on here said the class was deep and we can go later rounds.

2.  Forget 2016, it's 2021 now.  That team had more pieces but needed a QB , different story.

And why avoid filling in the names?   This way it's not theory,  it's actual players.   Because it's what I've been saying the whole time about the draft... the numbers and values are meaningless once the draft is over.   What matters is the actual players you added to your roster, not where you drafted them.

So do the mocks.... see which one you like better.  Don't be afraid of the possibility you actually like the one better with a trade down or like the one with Pitts the least.

Soooo the NFL apparently going to relax the jersey number restrictions.... We going to be looking like college football LB #5 lol

Darius Slay seems ready for it said he wants to be #2 or #9 lol

What was your opinion of the 2016 draft as you were watching the parade back in Feb 2018?    Wentz, Seumalo,  Smallwood, Mills and Big V... did you feel they might have helped win a SB.  Like the whole group?

It's why it comes down to more than one pick.

Lmao only 21 days until the draft

1) We can get a 'decent" WR later sure, but do you want a difference maker or just a guy who is a little better that what we already have? Makes no difference which mock I like better, so that is a pointless exercise. All I said was,you have to be careful moving back into a zone where your picks are "average" compared to a player who could have star power. it happens every draft,in different places. And sure you can get nice players, solid players, but as you continue trading back, you remove yourself from those Pro bowl possibilities based on % of success. Like I said why not just trade out of round 1 altogether? At pick 32, you will get a nice player, but he won't have the impact a top 5 guy should

We got lucky, thats my opinion. It's not like we started a dynasty lol. And I have no clue what would have happened if we had Foles all year, with maybe a better supporting cast because we didnt trade up

There we go.  Let's see what happens.  The Eagles are in great shape now  ...and poor Indy.

Ham called it.  Hall of famer Ziggy Ansah over Steroid guy Lane Johnson who is going to be suspended for 2 years because he can only play on steroids.    Similar to that... Hurts will bring out the best in his WRs, unlike the cancer Wentz.  Indy WRs go in the toilet.   It's on record.

It appears it needs veteran receivers because he doesn’t help the young guys develop. That part he should be ok with in Indy.

So,Joe,how far do you want to move back? 15? 30? out of round 1?

My LB is Rice in round 5(Georgia) Think he would be a terrific value there(oh and he can PLAY TOO lol)

Where are you going to fit him? The Practice Squad

Well he's cheap and as 93 pointed out, he can pass block,so it's not the end of the world here and frankly everyone looked bad last year

No....he looked BAD. Staley was trying to coach him up....but that’s even weird. Need to bark up a different tree for RB help.

Staley is gone. Everyone looked bad last year because the team quit after losing so many so early. He's no worse than bringing in a round 4 rookie at this point

Ham uncovered the problem ... it's not any of these guys or Howie. Or coaches... Wentz was the problem.   It's all good now at WR.

Let’s watch how these young WR flourish now. I don’t think Goedert will have problems getting his either.

Depends on the QB again??? Noone will flourish with passes 5 yards off the mark

Again don’t think Howard completely forgot how to play and he is on a cheap minimum deal if he done it will show and we cut him no harm in him being back

You can look at Howard and see he was bad but ignore that with Hurts???? What Hurts couldn’t hit water falling out of a boat last season but he is our QB.... And it only got worse when teams stopped him from being able to use his legs.

SOOOO it's all quiet on the Ertz front. I guess he will be playing(disgruntled) for us. He needs to play well to get a nice contract next year

21 more days of this crap on the bored?  Lord HELP me! Lmao

Sorry, never a fan, I hope they cut Jjaw. He stinks. Reagor better show me that "speed that kills" because I rarely saw it. Fulgham was ok,he could be solid enough to stick. Ward is fine as a BU,he could still get better too Thats why I hate 40 times, its ONE dash. Can they do that ALL game? Usually NOT. Getting that little slot guy from the Bears would help. We got failure Jjaw for that, so lets replace that problem right now. They all played ok for being PS WR's. They had to grow up fast, so like the slowest antelope, the weakest need to go away. As I pointed out there are WR's even in late rounds that can overtake that weakest antelope but if you want a top QB next year,we better get  a few 'stars" in here and get them experience in real games

I was 30 days in the hole in FB jail.Got out today you'll survive. Don't bend over to get the soap

Look, we all know what is going to happen. Surtain and Horn are gone before we pick. We try and trade back but no takers. So Howie, in his infinite wisdom, drafts Farley. He tells everyone that Farley was on his radar from the start and how fortunate they were that he fell to them!  Then, pre season comes around and Farley gets injured and put on IR.

It does not take a rocket Scientist to figure this out. HR stinks at the draft and I see no light AT the end of the tunnel.....

IDK that Horn is gone. I know Dullaz is head over heels for Surtain, so you can pretty much cross him out since we chose to sit behind TWO division rivals. I personally would rather take a CB that has no back issues over Farley, but as you said it's Howie lol. We gave up on the Pitts lottery and if Horn is gone at 12, then we may as well move back because that's 2 targets lost. Should be a nice choice of edge rushers at 15,but is that our biggest need?
