OK? Just OK?

Besides we aren't even close to a SB

We need starters

For what year? We aren't winning anything this year so lets get guys for 2022. We don't even know for sure we got a QB here lol

Maybe i should have specified 1st and second

2018 no pick

2019 Dillard

2020 Reagor

since Howie got power ( 2010?) he's been running  50/50

If we did that in our professions we'd be looking for a new job

Were the picks bad(ok some were) or did we not have the staff to develop them? My guess, probably both

3 season ending injuries in college for Dickerson  - 3! 3. Who was our only OL who played all 16 games last yr?

I hope he stays healthy and is a steal, but w/ our history?

IDK, like I said I had Meinerz at 70. Raw but like Dickerson would sit this year anyway. I believe it was a mistake not to take Samuel, but I'm not making the picks

I definitely get the concern with injuries especially with our team and injuries we dealt with last few years especially on the OL.

At the end of the day this draft will be judged like every other and we won’t be able to say this was a good or bad draft until about year 3

Gotta be concerned at CB though and who starts opposite Slay gotta trust Gannon I guess

I'm hoping there are some DITR's in these final rounds. Maybe some you guys missed? Or missed (as in not so excited about lol) on purpose???

I called about that. I told them you could start week 1, so I will send them your info and they were "excited to get you". I told them jersey 69 for you 🤣

I got LOTS of late rounders we could use. 93 is playing CB, I told them to pencil you in at LB and that I was the agent for both of you and I get an 85% finders fee. I told them you can be there Monday to sign the contract.I squeezed them tough and played hardball and got you 80 bucks a week, then I really muscled them relentlessly  into adding a free cheesesteak for games we win, I was RUTHLESS,but I got it done for ya!~!!! I had Howie sweating, but he finally agreed after I pounded the table and kicked a few chairs over and told him you would take his parking place if he refused. I got you a GREAT DEAL MAN!!!

OC=offensive center? it's pretty common because IOL covers OG's also

Just C or G....we all know what that means.

Someone in another post said they read Donahoe’s  lips and he said something about drafting Williams in the 4th.

I wonder if Howie made up his own draft board again.

Yeah it definitely looked like Donahue was having a fit

Milton is going to have a huge step to take. DE gone DT in small college ball. So he plays some first downs at DE early?

Try to work him in as the fourth DT also

Adam Caplan said last night that this year's corner class was really bad, and that all the guys after Surtain/Horn/Farley/Newsome are low level CB2s. So I guess not reaching is a good thing. I liked Samuel, but if they see a possible all pro center in Dickerson, I guess you can't fault the pick.

I love Milton Williams. If this kid hadn't been such a late bloomer physically then he would have been a first round pick. He is relentless. I watched him versus Miami in 2019 and on the last play of the first half, the qb broke the pocket and was running around, and of course he had 40 yards of open field since the defense was all way downfield, and Williams is the guy who made the tackle since he never gave up on the play. And that is pretty consistent as he plays hard every snap.

To me, his floor is as a third down specialist. But he has the ability to run twists and stunts, so I think he plays a lot of snaps in this defense. He is also really strong, so even though he is undersized at 284, he isn't a liability in the run game. He had 108 tackles in two seasons playing in a three man front at La Tech, so he filled up the stat sheet.

As far as guys I like today, Trill Williams, Tay Gowan, Thomas Graham, Cox, McGrone and Dylan Moses are some names. I said a few weeks ago that every time I did a mock draft, it seemed like the players available in later rounds were all defensive backs, edge rushers and wide receivers, so we should be able to get a lot of guys who can at least provide some competition at those positions.

I never thought this class was great but definitely thought the best area for CB was 2nd-3rd round never views this as a top heavy class in terms Of first round guys

We went with the same idea....just on the other side of the ball. A big small school guy that plays multiple roles along the trench.

I liked the Georgia corners. Liked as in....they aren’t Eagles now.

IMO Samuel was the last CB pick that we could actually utilize. Meinerz would be fine for us at C,so to me, missed opportunity aka Smith, Samuel, Meinerz (and there are no injury issues with him, just a learning curve issue). So those would have been my initial picks

LOSER: CARSON WENTZ’S BLINDSIDE

It was quite apparent that the Colts’ biggest need entering the 2021 NFL Draft was left tackle after long-time starter Anthony Castonzo retired this offseason. After opting to take edge defender Kwity Paye in Round 1, Indianapolis was expected to go all-in on addressing the gaping hole at left tackle in Round 2.

However, all the top tackle prospects were swooped up before the Colts were on the clock at No. 54. They opted to take another edge defender, Dayo Odeyingbo, as a result, which means Sam Tevi remains the penciled-in starter. Considering Tevi was the sixth-lowest-graded tackle in the NFL last year for the Chargers, this is bad news for Carson Wentz’s blindside.

Will say I’m not that upset with this draft biggest complaint from me is the trade up still not a fan of it. But player wise I’m fine with who we got even if I have concerns about all 3.

Will say think Dickerson is my favorite pick just watching him and hearing about him.

Williams is the most interesting in my eyes could be a really boom or bust pick

Well you don't get Smith if you don't trade up, the Gnats wanted him. He would have been gone at 12

We will be busy with 8 picks today(if that holds)
