OT - Happy Mother's Day!

Deb & I having a discussion. So many foods have been reformulated over the yrs - Tandycakes, Hershey chocolate, etc - all for the worse. Can anyone name a food that actually tastes better now than it used to? Not simply the youthful memory thing, but that actually tastes better.

Sanders lock

Kerryon/Howard- battling for one spot I’d give edge to Kerryon just as good pass protector better hands 

Scott/Huntley/ everyone else- Scott has a clear edge but Huntley could be a dark horse if he can show that explosiveness and add value as a return man as well.

NO, all the ingredients are fake now, GMO and health food tastes so bad it's inedible. Chemicals in beef, chemicals on crops and I don't recall Salmonella, E-coli when I was young(or mad cow or anything else) The FDA is a total joke. Alot of crap is imported now and grandma's don't cook all day anymore either

BTW back in my day even Coke was better in those little glass bottles we returned for a little "kid cash". Now that they are woca Cola I wont buy it anyway

Why is Gainwell a lock? It's not like we haven't ruined draft picks before. Howard can get more YPC. Kerryon did little. We must owe someone a favor. Pick up the kid I posted. He will beat out Huntley and give Scott all he can handle and could easily be RB 4(or 3) and now you have all youth going forward and no more "vet" presence(aka wasted time). Sanders is the vet,we don;t need more of those

It's my belief all of the preservatives and other BS is the major contributing factor to so many people having lower GI problems. Preservatives keep the food from breaking down on the shelf. They also fight our bodies when trying to digest.

Mom's don't stay home. They used to go shopping for FRESH ingredients and stay home and cook them. But now 2 incomes is a necessity, so that is gone. I remember when the McDonald's opened in my home town(Akron). Everyone said it would never make it,it was a 'fad"(lol)

More stuff I don't understand. Is "country bacon/ham" different than city bacon/ham? What are NON farm fresh eggs? Don't they all come from farms? Next time I hit Waffle House I will ask for ONLY city fresh eggs. I guess northern fried chicken is also different that southern fried(even if identical ingredients are used lol)

Do you think we are going to cut him this year after drafting him???? Gains is more or less a lock to make the roster unless he completely sucks

Why is your guy better again??? Because you posted about him lol. He is what 25 already no nfl experience had a poor 2020 and one of the biggest weaknesses in our RB room has been pass protection so we now have two of the best RBs in that area over the last 4 years

I got no issue with it but your already mad because your saying touches are taken away from the young guys and you want to bring in a 25 year old rookie to take touches away from those young guys??? I’m trying to figure out exactly what you want

Yeah I didn't know Howard was not a guaranteed deal. So I am ok with it

When I look at Howard and Kerryon they fill one role in our RB room and it’s been the biggest weakness in that room which has been pass protection.

A solid #3 and #4 RB like we all want. I can't help he got to college later than others.
