Sorry then

No worries!  Always looking to save cash my friend. Been doing well with my company though, so far. Price more than triples first week of June... Crazy prices!

Yeah we are still out in Dunn(land of the lost)

NC and VA got hit the hardest because we have more military bases(I assume)

Don't wanna make you guys mad but the price here actually fell 2 to 3 cents when the pipeline was shut down.

Mission accomplished!!!

THis blocked the road for awhile lol

Headed for the scrapyard lol.It took about 3 hours to make this turn

It will be interesting to see how many players show up for workouts.

Ian Rapoport on Twitter: "The #Giants had more than 40 today. Per @MikeKlis, the #Broncos had 75. Several teams around the league are in this window for OTAs." / Twitter

Jets had 80.

I would think with so many jobs open, that we will see a pretty high attendance despite what the union wants. Obviously Cox, Graham, Lane and other vets don't need these workouts, but I would hope the young guys will be there.

Part of the problem is everyone panicked and rushed to the gas station to top off all of their tanks, even though they were probably good for a week or more. So we probably would have been good had they just waited. Allot of Gas stations were getting refueled on Saturday when we were driving home....

Yeah we are a small town(9800) but we are a refueling stop off I-95 and I-40 so we get the Raleigh/ Fayetteville working commuter people.Plus all the military bases we have like Ft. Bragg

Seems it would have been easier  just to cut it up where it was

IDK don't run the military. Maybe it will be a house for someone lol. I only assumed it was heading to scrap

Kerrigan has a comeback year on a rotation after being more rested from less snaps last year. I don't know where the money is coming from for a CB

Ertz?

Apparently Steven Nelson has been liking Eagles-related posts on social media.

Thomas R. Petersen 🦅 on Twitter: "Steven Nelson's recent likes are... interesting 👀 #Eagles https://t.co/JJTeTbTAdS" / Twitter

He was also liking some Jags related tweets, so maybe not a big deal. But the Jags have one clear starter and took a corner at the top of round 2, plus they brought back another corner for $2 million, so I don't know why he would go there or if they need him.

The one thing the Eagles can offer him is a starting spot day 1. We are clearing $4 million in cap space on June 1, and will get another $8.5 million when they release Ertz. Nelson made $8.5 million a year with the Steelers, but had a down year last year. So maybe we get him on a one year deal for around $5 million.

I get the feeling we are going to go with Slay and Zech outside with Maddox in the slot. Maybe something changes during camp but this is kind of what I’m expecting our starting CB trio to be

Fits the Eagles MO build the trenches and Kerrigan seems to fit if we go to a hybrid type scheme should be able help Avery and took along while aiding in our pass rush. Had what 5.5 sacks in 40% snaps last year pretty solid production.

As for CB wouldn’t rush it in my eyes see what we have in the young guys then add or trade for a vet if need be. Eagles were extremely high on Zech as well even if fans weren’t as much.

I don’t think Kerrigan is for a hybrid role. He’s older and lost a step. So I think what he still can do well is play at the line. Strictly DE style. Age has probably robbed him of coverage abilities anymore.

Mmmmm think Kerrigan would be fine standing up rushing the occasional drop back here and there. I mean Avery Turner and Kerrigan would all be coverage liabilities think we have cover Lb because of that. The maybe 40-50% of snaps they might see I’d think 85% of them they would be rushing the QB not dropping into coverage.

https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/pittsburgh-steelers/cameron-sutton-21836/cash-earnings/  OK get me this guy then lol Estimate shows his value at 7+ mil a year, but he never made that much,so IDK how they come up with that, but he is young yet(26) and has played 100% of the snaps. Anyone helps us at this point, but we're gonna have to shell out a little green

Howie is all for CHEAP, so I would look at this guy

To use actual numbers. Let’s say we run 1000 defensive plays in 21

Kerrigan would only play at most 500 snaps of those 500 snaps he would drop back maybe 75 times.

Idk think the best production we can expect from Kerrigan would be as a stand up rusher essentially a 34 OLB in a 43 D lol 😂

Kinda agree,we spent money on S's so let them cover the shorter stuff

Preferably it would be for a post-June trade then. Someone that was not cut and cheaper than the net savings. Could be better than just an FA.

5 teams in round took CBs in the first round- Carolina, Denver, Tennessee, Cleveland, Green Bay

Carolina: Donte Jackson, AJ Bouye

Denver: Kyle Fuller, Ronald Darby

Titans: Janoris Jenkins, Kristian Fulton

Green Bay: Kevin King, Jaire Alexander

Browns: Greedy Williams, Denzel Ward

Or Richard Sherman, Steven Nelson, DJ Hayden

Ummmm Kendricks was a high pick... Hicks was a 3rd that worked unlike Taylor who we also drafted in the 3rd....Bradham was cheap FA signing that knew Schwartz we paid him later though.

I do get that we had some good LBs but not really all that different from what we always have done with Lb we just had some guys actually work with our method

So we had a 2nd round pick, a 3rd round ... both played ASAP and were investments in the now as well as potential down the road.  Taylor,  idk what that was, it was the " speed" theme,  but they obviously had no plans for him to play.

Bradham... 5 years ago a 2 year $7 mil deal wasn't all that cheap.   You knew you had 3 NFL level starters there.   Above average group for sure.

This is perfect example of something that was done differently in 2016-17...than it was years before... and since.   You look at the history of our LBs over the last 15 years.... there are a bunch of different starters.  Could probably easily make the case that Bradham, Hicks and Kendricks are in the top 5 if not even the top 3.... the fact they were here for 2 years together really show how it was something they did differently.

Not sure why we even brought him here to be honest. It is not like we were a few away from competing for a division title. Talk on the radio is that he will be a solid locker room presence to help our younger coaching staff. I guess that could be it. Still, would have much rather we spent on a younger potential talent that could help out 2-3 years from now.
