Re-Scott, there are no vert leap stats I can find. 4.42 speed doesn't hurt.I hope Siri knows this guy. he is kinda small, but if he is aggressive,he can be useful on a few plays even if he doesn't start

Re: Trade talk ... Here are the teams tightest to the cap right now. 1) Saints $349K 2) Falcons $357K 3) Bears $1.07M 4) Packers $2.22M 5) Bills $3.76M 6) Bucs $3.90M 7) Titans $3.90M 😎 Giants $4.40M 9) Eagles $4.92M 10) Raiders $5.70M

So Eagles got little wiggle room with cap lol and more room coming I’d believe after June 1st. So will have some cap and time if we want to make a move

Is this before they sign their picks?

NFL.com analyst Lance Zierlein's analysis: "Affectionately nicknamed "The Gnat" by teammates for his pesky, persistent coverage talent and playing style. He has no issues checking athletic boxes with quick feet, smooth hips and explosive speed. He has above average recovery burst and athleticism, so he should be able to make the move to the slot despite limited reps there. He lacks play strength for matchups against size and will go ankle-biting in run support in order to avoid heavy collisions. He has ballhawking traits and coverage talent is not an issue. His ability to stay healthy and overcome his size/strength limitations could be the difference between being a starting nickel or solid backup."

Always a huge benefit to having strong play from the slot CB.  We saw how much Robinson helped us in ‘17 on our way to our first Lombardi.

Don’t think we signed our picks yet but does seem like we have enough if we want. And will have more cap after June first with moves.

https://247sports.com/college/kansas/Article/Shak-Taylor-hoping-KU-football-pro-day-helps-with-NFL-Draft-130761083/  We got this guy also.Got lost in the hub bub,so we have a few promising CB's coming in. Most seem like they were "underdogs". I love those kind of players because they got that chip on their shoulder and they will bust for you. Let's hope 1 of them actually pans out at least as a BU for now. He sat out last year due to the opt out,so basically you can call him a rook experience wise. But he never had much chance to show off his wares, so let's see what he can do

I like the Eagles approach to this offseason. They have filled some holes with limited resources, and seem to be focused on guys who fit the system and who have skill sets that weren't already in the building.

I imagine that they will evaluate what they have at corner the next few weeks and then make a decision in June once they have that info and have the additional cap space to make a move. The one thing I would note is that a system they are likely to run puts a lot of stress on linebackers, safeties and the defensive line, so it makes sense to focus on those areas instead of corner. There may be some concerns about throwing McPhearson or someone else into the deep end, but I expect the coaches to be able to reasonably judge how ready someone is to play after watching them in practice. This is an area that Schwartz really struggled in, and I am hoping the new staff is better at it.

Not much concern from me with CBs fans are going of Schwartz D where every Cb we had struggled because his scheme put CBs in a terrible spot. Gannon D seems to favor aiding the CBs more and we should see a vastly improved secondary because of it.

I hope they teach them to turn their heads around when they know the ball is coming

In theory, if we are playing more zone, that shouldn't be an issue.

It's an issue if the pass hits you in the back of the head

That's a solid signing.  Has considerable playing experience (played in 47 games for Indy) and only 28 years old.  Good insurance policy at both OT spots.

We'll add another $4M to the cap in 2 weeks from having used the post June 1 designations earlier when releasing Jeffery and MJackson.

Plus if Howie finally bites the bullet and trades Ertz for whatever we can get (or just cuts him) we'll add an additional $8.5M.

Not bad.

He tore his Achilles in December, so I think this is more of a signing that will give us some depth later in the season as I guess he will be on the pup list initially.

Whereabouts in FL? So jealous of you guys in the States! I know there are issues within the US of course there are but that is true of every country. I'd love to live in the States.

Anyone think we may trade a tackle now? We seem to have many to spare. At least until some get injured......

It would surprise me. Dillard is a question mark as is LAne with the ankle.

Mailata showed pretty well last year but still has a lot to learn

Would you trade Dillard for a 2nd or 3rd round pick? You unload some Cap and add another pick to help restore the roster.....

IF i was gonna make a trade he'd be the one.  If it was for a 3rd i wouldn't want to be  to a contender which would make it a low 3rd.
