The only thing that makes me think this is realistic is the increasing number of right-wing militia flags / decals / signs that I see.

I may be a fool, but I think America is better this.  GOP thinks they have 2022 going there way.  If they back Trump’s picks, they are mistaken.  Time to move away from the orange god.  Have 11 months to indicate the @hole.

I mean, I hope so. But if people are convinced their vote didn’t count, they might act on it.  Personally, I think it’s ridiculous.  But just look at some of the posters we have on here claiming the election was rigged or stolen.  They’re totally not Trump supporters though.

Somewhat disagree.  Pandemic made some states that never used mass mail-in ballots to go that path.  I think they see that the governor’s may have overstepped their legal abilities without first putting it to state house & senate.  So it’s a argument more if declaring a state of emergency to allow mail-in voting was legal.  Of course you are correct in those who claim "rigged or stolen” .

Which states had a governor institute mail-in balloting?

Constitutionally, states set their own rules for the election. There are 51 sets of rules (50 states plus DC), with 51 different ways to run an election. So if an emergency declaration was made without consent in one state (it wasn't), doesn't mean it lacked consent in all the others. They tried to use the same argument, essentially that the mail-in ballots lacked credibility. I could easily figure out was BS when they went to every state with the same argument. It was a political ploy to sow doubt and stall the proceedings, not something based in any reality.

Right, and this also led to some states getting their results in quicker than others.

Yup. Some states were not allowed to count mail in ballots early. This is why when they did start counting them the numbers swung to Joe, as Trump told his voters not to vote by mail (and this might be the dumbest political decision in the history of American politics. Telling some of your voters not to vote.), the numbers heavily swung in Bidens favor in those states when they did start counting them.

Just speaking as a Pennsylvania resident.  Voting by mail changed during election due to a governor’s emergency pandemic edict.  Was that legal without the house and senate’s approval ?  Yes or no …. Up to the courts ?   Do we hold people on other side as looney ? Playing devils advocate.

But voting by mail in PA didn't change due to an emergency pandemic edict. It was a bipartisan bill approved by the legislature that Wolf signed into law on October 31, 2019, which was well before any pandemic emergency orders. So, it wasn't done without the house and senate's approval. They signed off on it before Wolf could sign the bill.

Dropped the mic on me, well done.   I thought that was the reasoning behind all the uproar on mail in voting, but then I didn’t recall that the Eagles played on a Tuesday December 28th 2010 losing to backup QB Joe Webb of Vikings.

I'll never forget that Tuesday night Joe Webb game. Watched it from the poker table at Hollywood Casino, and just wanted to break things the whole game. They made Joe Webb look like Steve Young that night.

Holy ish. Read this. Investigative journalism at its finest.

Ray Epps and a group of suspiciously unindicted rabble rousers pretty much set the wheels in motion for the entire "breach" that day. Damning, but unsurprising.

If Ray Epps and these others were federal informants that means they were employed under the Trump administration.  The same people who believed in the big lie.  So surely this was an orchestrated from the top and included members of Congress themselves, FBI, and maybe even some DOJ peeps believed in it too.    Remember the tweet?  Come, it will be wild!   Not sure what the story is here other than they are not charged.  They weren't inside the Capitol and it's just too bad the rest of the crazies did actually go inside and then proceed with the disruption, trespassing, property damage.  Not sure what law they broke besides trespassing outside of the capitol.

WHAT. THE. HELL.

EDIT: Statement from the Orange Imbecile below. How was this cretin ever POUTS....

ray epps was part of the democrats' big plan to  escalate the capital riots so.....ummm....the election results where a democrat won wouldn't be certified?  yeah...i know that makes no sense whatsoever...but that's what happened!

It's insane how stupid you have to be to not understand the implications of this.

I was about to take issue with this, but then it dawned on me that you're still complaining about Riot Kitchen being arrested a year and a half later lmfao

no, I'm complaining that you're too stupid to understand what I'm actually complaining about. which was a question that was actually argued before the supreme court, and one in which Scalia sided with my argument.

YOU'RE the one who seems to think "anonymous tips" to police are enough to void the 4th amendment.

but here I go again, arguing with an idiot.

Bahahahaha still going. Incredible.

Oh, and I really don't care what the supreme court said about an unrelated case. The police got an anonymous tip and then witnessed Riot Kitchen engaging in suspicious activity. You can cry all you want that they should have been allowed to terrorize Kenosha or whatever it is you're so upset they didn't get to do. I'm just going to laugh at you. Deal?

No silly, the democrat DERP state incited the MAGA's to storm the capitol to make them look bad.  Because losing 70 straight court cases just wasn't doing the trick.  It's incredible how stupid you have to be to not realize how much sense this makes.
