Glad I could stir the pot... No one cares.

accept the majority in the poll that you posted.

So purely hypothetical...

Let's say it comes out in 2-5-10 years that the votes were stolen? do these people being tried get apologizes?  How many stolen votes is enough to make this right.

Pure hypothetical of course.

I'd say more then half the country thinks this way. Even liberal friends/family are asking why this and not that.

Let's say it comes out in 2-5-10 years that aliens did build the pyramids? does this guy get "apologizes"?

How many aliens is enough to make this right.

purely hypothetical of course, I'm just asking questions

Nice.

*IF* Inflation wasnt through the roof, *IF* gas prices werent through the roof, *IF* we werent watching a major war *IF* it wasnt 18 months ago

SURE it would be extremely important.

But again, the majority of the people have there minds made up(and had been for awhile) on the jan 6th stance and theres other, more important(today) pressing issues).

the reason they're doing it on television is because some people have moved on to more day-to-day type "kitchen table" issues. people just forget about sheet and lose interest over time. it sucks that it took the committee 18 months to get to this point...but chalk that up to all the stall tactics & flat out refusals to appear by those involved. the committee's hope is that it will be back on the public radar after tonight. we'll see.

It's out of site out of mind.

It's like forgetting about your tooth ache until someone asks about your tooth ache.

The ratings are gonna be piss poor, we already had someone in here flat out say "I'm not watching it, but I care". Guess you dont care that much or have your opinion already decided.

Again, for the 3rd time, your OP was about the comparisons between the 2020 riots and Jan 6th.  We don't have any direct polling on that that I know of, but you can be sure that Jan 6th is far more important to the majority of Americans than a riot that took place 2 years ago.  That comparison is strictly a right wing deflection because it's really hard for the right to justify a coup attempt head on, so they have to constantly compare it to a completely unrelated riot.

Like the link that you posted showed, Americans think Jan 6th investigation is important.  So your "over half of Americans don't think it's a big deal" statement is just flat out wrong.

Comparing it to inflation, jobs, etc, is obviously a moving goalposts copout.  Compare something like 9/11 to inflation, jobs, etc, it'll poll terribly.  Doesn't mean it wasn't a big deal that deserved investigating at the time.  In fact, I just did a little digging, and here's where public opinion stood in Spring of 2003, so about a year a half after 9/11.  Terrorism, even a short time after an attack that awful, was still miles behind the economy.

"We will be revealing new details showing that the violence on Jan. 6 was the result of a coordinated, multistep effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election and to stop the transfer of power from Donald Trump to Joe Biden,” a committee aide said in a call previewing the hearing with reporters on Wednesday afternoon, "and indeed that the former president Donald Trump was at the center of that effort.”

"It’ll change history,” said Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger, one of the two Republicans who serve on the panel.

So the Republican co-conspirators are going to issue their own counter report later this year, to try and blame Pelosi and the FBI and contradict reality.

Also, Trump says 1-6 was the greatest day in American History.

Not impressed by a 250k ranch in Marlton? Clearly you didn't see the pool and wood paneled ceiling.

again you're wrong. most of the country  doesnt care about Jan 6th. They care about TODAY. GAS PRICES TODAY. INFLATION TODAY. I mean 20 Million people(per CNN) already want to take their vote back LOL.

I dont understand if you only talk to left wingers, or just want to believe want the media tells you, but again,  no one gives a f*** about Jan 6th.

And as I mentioned, even my left hanging friends and family, tell me, I dont care about Jan 6th.

Just checking that this doesn't mean you have friends and family that are lynching liberals.

LOL. You posted a place worth $1.25mm, and you think that's impressive?

Even worse than being poor? Being so poor you can't pretend to be rich.

Well, the Taj Mahal is a mausoleum, and Centre Hall seems like the kinda place where people go to have all their hopes and dreams die...
