I think you're seriously too focused on Trump.  Right now, the gang in Washington running the country is dropping the ball big time.  We need somebody who can competently put the economy back on track and recover our lost standing as the world power.  Being a citizen of the world's sole superpower and issuer of the world's reserve currency has with it certain privileges that most of us take for granted.  It's not a status that most Americans would want to lose, but at the rate things are trending, we very well might.

🤣

????

If they had something to prosecute him with they would.

If they went to court with their evidence they'd lose and their lawyers would likely be sanctioned.

You have a peculiar view of our legal system. I guess that makes sense, what with you being a drunk driver and all.

That peculiar view includes knowingly doctoring evidence.

This televised dog and pony show is the hailmary to keep him from running again.

If you think I'm wrong you should be contacting your representative and demanding that this be tried in the courts.

They know they can't but perhaps you can convince them that they too are wrong. Do it. I got your back.

The right needs someone who isn't connected to Trump. They'd probably win in a landslide IMO

Right now, it's this guy - but a lot can change in 2 years.

Trump will be in his 80's by 2024.  I would not be surprised at all to see him be a kingmaker instead of the nominee.

For a trump supporter, you don’t seem to m w much about him.

To me, it's much more about those currently running the Democratic party than it is about Trump.  Trump's biggest attribute is that he took them on.  Overall, they're bad guys - Trump or no Trump - and they're bad for most of us regardless of whether or not many of us are gullible enough to support them.

Negative partisanship is killing us.

He took them on in the most clownish way possible.

I’ve been trained like a monkey to hate democrats. No matter the facts, policy, treason or the threat to democracy. I will vote for ANY republican who runs for office.

No. I saw "clownish". That was put on display just after 9:00pm election night and continued for years.

The show "young Turks" was Fing hilarious that night.

How can members of the House prosecute anyone in court?

Oh right, they can’t. That’s the purview of the DOJ, district attorneys and prosecutors. Like the one in Georgia taking evidence to a grand jury to…checks notes…prosecute.

Garland's on the team right? Congress refers the case to the DOJ? Yet ... doesn't need to check notes... not a damned thing but a produced television production in attempt to stave off the damaging midterms. It's all they have and both sides know it.

Why? You can't use edited evidence in court.

Enjoy the show. 👍

There’s an ongoing DOJ investigation. And a grand jury in Georgia. Prosecutions are a process, especially conspiracies. FFS, the committee won’t give its evidence to the DOJ until they are complete.

You handle this about as well as you tackle calendars.

Are you sure this is where you want to be?

I have no problem with it but you inevitably get your feelings hurt and go stomping off to your room.

The conclusion will be.....

Orange man bad.

Again reinforcing the produced dog and pony show is about trying to bury their failures.

You have no idea what my expectations are, but nice attempt to change the topic away from your idiocy about the lack of a prosecution.
