I think losing becomes a culture.  I don’t think changing to Minshew does much of anything

At some point, you need to give Smith/Watkins/Reagor an opportunity to make plays downfield and you need to get the OL adjusted to creating a pocket rather than just some haphazard abomination of an improvised mobile protection scheme......in the same way you can't get the team used to losing, you can't get the offense used to functioning in this style.

The other QB's suck too, but you have to run a pro-style offense.
