I mean, why draft a QB like Hurts and not do it? That’s not Hurts’ fault. They’re asking him to be something he’s not.

By asking him to throw the ball? They should be running more, but a lot of these passes are screens, quick throws to the flats, and one-read RPOs. They're making the pass game as easy as possible for him because he can't make any throws in the intermediate part of the field consistently.

This is hard to watch.

If this is how it ends, I'm happy Ertz got to catch a TD in his final home game in Philly.

Will forever love him for how clutch he was on that final drive in the super bowl.

bottom line is our QB is a better RB than a QB!!!!

Not saying that Siriani is doing a great job or even good but I tend to believe if we had a better quarterback out there people wouldn’t be nearly as upset with sirianni. Still have issues with him but not to the point where it is right now. The quarterback play really hinders anything you can do with his offense if we’re going to get that type of performance for large stretches of the game. the same type of performances we’ve seen against San Francisco, Dallas, Carolina and now Tampa Bay

I don't know, I think he's really bad. Maybe with a better QB he'd look better sure, but evaluating him independently, he's the worst first year head coach I've seen with the Eagles in at least 25 years. And even Kotite had a winning season his first year. His game plans and play calls seem just totally random. They don't seem to focus on any particular aspect of the defense. Not going after one particular player or facet of the defense. His management in key situations is awful. Team commits a lot of penalties.

I can't name one thing he does well.

The Bucs had 3rd stringers for DB’s and the two biggest plays were PI penalties.  Reagor’s arm looked like it broke free on the 2nd one and he could of used 2 hands on that. Hopefully I’m wrong but if not he should be benched for at least a game.

Minshew active next week?

Showcase game? The deal isn’t done, but it’s close?

It wouldn’t surprise me if there was some handshake deal during TC where Howie said if they were out of it by the trade deadline he would soften his stance and move him. Something had to happen for Ertz all of a sudden start playing good soldier.

It’s going to get to a point this season where we’ll have to see Flacco or Minshew (hopefully Minshew) just to get an idea if this is a Hurts or Sirianni problem for the offense. Neither of the above are the answer, but I’d be curious to see how this offense looks with someone like Minshew. Just to get a gauge on Sirianni.

Nick is stuttering A LOT in this PC

Yes, by running more and not asking him to drop back like he’s prime Drew Brees. The dude needs help, not the game put on his shoulders only. It’s obvious.

TBF, Kotite was handed one of the best defenses of the past 40 years.

I don’t know if he is the guy going into the future with the Eagles that gets them to where they want to be. But I will bet anything that Jeffrey lurie looks at this team right now and says if we had a better quarterback in the San Francisco 49ers game and a better quarterback in the Tampa Bay game we could be sitting at 4-2 instead of 2-4. And they’d look completely differently at this current team. This is why I’ve said since the off-season that Jeffrey lurie is the type of owner that would try to make a move to get someone like Deshaun Watson or Russell Wilson if they became available. Because I think they viewed as they need a quarterback in order to have the utmost success. And these type of losses to SF and TB they’ll convince themselves they could’ve won with a better QB

Hard to say without seeing the All -22.

Every week we see postings on twitter of open receivers not being throw to.  Hurts escaping the pocket too early.

It's like trying to evaluate a song through a crappy set of speakers.

Accountability on display. Just like when he blamed the defender last week on Wards OPI

It’s really difficult to say how much is Hurts and how much is Sirianni. Hurts is a terrible fit for what amounts to a run and shoot offense, and Sirianni isn’t catering the offense to Hurts either.

That combination is a friggin’ mess.

Bingo. You have to put more on the coach though since he is running an offense that doesn't suit the strengths and cover up the weaknesses of his QB. Oh, and he refuses to take the pressure off of his QB by running the ball.
