First of all, how dare you assume my gender

Second of all, I'm not even sure what you mean. Why wouldn't guys like NOLA?

This guy (me) likes visiting NOLA quite a bit.

uhhh... I am too. just west of downtown.

Ayy nice. Do you ever go to Key Bar on west 6th or Mister Tranps for games?

Food, music, history, atmosphere. Nah, nothing to see there.

The food was great, muffletas, po boys, beignets, red beans and rice, gumbo, jambalaya, and on and on. Every meal we had was great.

The history is fascinating, we did a grave yard tour and had a fantastic guide, it was insanely entertaining.

Then, just chilling on a second story of a restaurant just outside the French quarter, a local group of musicians gathered on the street to play music. The cops show up to control traffic and shut down cars, while people came out to dance along. It was like right out of a movie.

Of course there's Bourbon street too, which is fun for a night or two of drinking and....other things.

We took a trip up through the Garden District on the old school trolley, seeing those huge plantation houses was pretty cool too.

The people there were extremely friendly and welcoming, and as a bonus to it all, you can drink wherever the hell you want. I'm not sure what's not to love about the place.

We also went to see Saints/Bucs, and I have to say, the SuperDome is the loudest stadium I've ever been in. You couldn't hear the person beside you at times, it was wild.

Yeah, I definitely need to go back.

Everyone Ive ever spoke with, have gone with, or know that have gone to NOLA, absolutely  hated it.

Complete poop-hole. dirty, gross, crime. I travel America a lot and hands down one of the 3 dirtiest/worst cities I've been to.

Like I said... SHOCKED someone actually likes to go there.

I love going to NOLA

You guys really don't get that Bacarty has never been to Nola, and he just says stupid stuff to get a reaction?

All these teams needing QBs are telling the Dolphins "Nah, we don't want Tua".

Based on the reporting, I think all of the "trade" rumors are coming from the Texans.  I think Miami may not be talking to the Texans at all.  My guess is that no team really wants to touch Watson right now.

If the Eagles had drafted him, people today would be saying that’s why you don’t draft injured players. Last year people were lamenting not drafting him with the pick we traded away for Slay.

I wanted to draft him. He was a good prospect and we have no safety. We choose Wallace instead.

Yeah.  Of "all his years of traveling"...

One minute he's rich enough to buy season tickets at the Steelers and the Eagles, the next he's too poor to buy a beer at a game. He's a pathological liar. Been caught so many times, but hey he gets all the attention he could ever want on here.

I haven't, I didn't even know they were Eagles bars on game days. I'll have to check them out now. You don't drive a red truck by chance? There's only one person I see in dripping with an Eagles sticker on their vehicle.

Of course we get it. It's just a trigger for us to share our affection for the place and the people.

Based just on the cities he likes and doesn't like, I expect his favorite music is the Osmonds, Lester Lanin, and Lawrence Welk.

This guy does this for a living. What a terrible bet, IMO.

Also, Blackmon's backup is Andrew Sendejo...

Colt's defenders better be watching their back

He was drafted before Wallace. Blackmon was a surprise third round pick.

So far through the first 6 games of the season Hurts is matching my forecast for what he'd be able to do, strictly from a numbers perspective.

Completion % -- 62.5 (I guessed 62 for the season)

TD/INT ratio -- 8 TD/4 INT (I guessed 2:1)

53 runs against 208 passes = 25.5% (I wished for less than 20% runs to passes)

The big concern, of course, is when you take Week 1 against ATL out of the equation his numbers fall off quite a bit -- makes me worry that performance was a true outlier.  The Eagles are playing a slightly easier portion of their schedule over the next 4 weeks; it will be interesting to see if his play picks up.

A good amount of Ben SImmons mentions in here.  Just curious who do you guys think we should target in deal for him.  For me it's OG Anunoby

@LeanMeanGM

Eagles - 34

Ah crap, I'll edit it!
