I get that but saying they will have him active will at least then get the league to rule one way or another on his suspension... i think that helps both Watson and Houston, no?

Yeah, I agree with you but I don't really understand where this narrative came from.

Has the league previously avoided suspending a player during an investigation because they were inactive, and the moment they became active the suspension kicks in? I don't think he has even been officially charged with a crime, just the multitude of criminal complaints and police reports.

For the record, I want absolutely nothing to do with him and think he is a terrible person. You don't get 22+ criminal complaints filed against you if nothing happened. Where there's smoke, there's fire and there's a F load of smoke.

Wondering why Houston from the get go hasn't said Watson will start so the league would hand out the suspension and get that over with so then they can trade him?

I have been saying it since week 1.  Would help facilitate a trade if he has already served a 10+ game suspension when the NFL makes a ruling.

2 great cities - Charleston is just a fun city to visit.

My wife & I went to Chattanooga this Summer.  We drove my son down to Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama.  Spent a day in Chattanooga.  Did the Incline Railway and walked around the Battle of Chattanooga park.  Spent a fair amount of time walking around downtown.  It's a nice place.  I got a nice bottle of Chattanooga Whiskey which made the day worthwhile.  It reminded me of Asheville.

Asheville is probably my favorite city in NC to go visit.  Great restaurant and brewery options.  There's also plenty to go see in the area.

Wife and I love to visit Asheville.  It's such an easy trip from Charlotte.  We've done a few different Asheville trips since there's so much to see.  Most of the time we stick to downtown, but we have done the Biltmore trip twice, the Sierra Nevada brewery is one of the coolest breweries I have ever seen, and if you ever want a romantic getaway with your husba.....I mean wife, the Omni Grove Park Inn is a phenomenal 3 day weekend.  😀

Oh JFC.   Flood insurance in addition to homeowners is pretty much required there.  Because of you know it being the "lowland” and past storms.  Which means a homeowner would have to pay more insurance there than other parts of SC and large portions of the US.  Good God.

no such thing as floods

Such a tease

Until a storm hits.  And uhh you know.  The rates go up.  But not "inflated”.  Until they do.  And all.

Yeah. But will the "truth” show that he never emailed those things?  Doubtful.

Claiming you were hacked seems to be the thing the cool kids do nowadays. So maybe he will do that.

I would love if it his email was spider2ybanana@aol.com

Grove Park is great.  I have stayed there several times.

Wow... Jason bringing the hard truth.   Poor Jacksonville, they are always getting picked on.

Which was the worst Super Bowl host city in the history of the Super Bowl.... yeah... Jacksonville.

My favorite gem was this quote.

" everybody can **** and complain about how tough this city is to play in. Just play better, man. This city will love you."

Amen Jason.

He will be missed.  Much of that 2017 team will be missed, but BG and Kelce stand at the top of the list for me in terms of their longevity and their understanding of the city.

Those two along with Trent Cole and Dawk were the four in most recent memory to fully embrace the city. Oh and Celek.

Too many @s wouldn't work on email address, unless he was spoofing it. But would make a good strong password with a capital letter added in.  Must use that when I have to change my password at work.

As a password... yes, that's what I said.  But the addition of the capital letter is perfect.

Simmons is the biggest joke of an "all-star" athlete that ever existed. He is an embarrassment to competitive sports.

How does Howie think he could ever get along with him if he couldn’t get along with Ertz?   Unless it’s a 3 team deal and the Eagles want someone else, it was a short time from Watson signing that huge contract, to wanting out of Houston, to the massage ladies saying Watson was pulling his chode out.

Unless Watson is pulling his hammer and smacking Howie in the head with it every time he screws up up a draft pick, I don’t want him either, but if he’s gotta be here, he should be the one holding Howie accountable, since his boss doesn’t.
