The worse it gets, the more motivated they will be to self-reflect. That's what everyone should be rooting for. A loss to the Lions next week would do wonders, and they'd definitely sell if they lost to a winless Lions team. The team just isn’t competitive.  They have quit on Sirianni.  So he’s terrible at creating an offensive scheme.  He’s terrible at getting them to be disciplined on the field.  They continue to make the same mistakes game after game.  He’s worse than Chip Kelly.  Until they fire the coaching staff and GM they won’t be.
