Not that anyone was buying that excuse by Goodell…

Gannon is so full of crap.

How freaking stupid do you have to be to hire a rigid DC whose scheme is reliant on LBs (where this team is woefully deficient) and easy on CBs (where this team is actually pretty good).

I'm not that big into baseball. I'll watch the WS. So what's with the hated to the braves around here? Honest question. Is it simply because same division? I've never hated them. Probably because I grew up around the O's in the AL. I hate the Yankees.

Goodell has always seemed like such an honest and forthright individual.

Gannon should be a one and done coach because you can easily tell he is actually bad at his job. His personnel isn’t much different from what Schwartz had last year, if anything you could maybe say it’s slightly better.

edit: forgot about Graham injury. Forget what I said regarding personnel

I don't even understand the philosophy behind it. He's stopping big pass plays. Ok, but those are low probability plays. Check downs that pick up 10+ yards or runs that go for more than 5 every time are high probability. What's the point in focusing on stopping the thing that already has lesser odds of happening?

Why are we retiring Vick’s number?

Just like Gabe... he makes all unwanted problems go away.

Farewell, Joe.  We hardly knew ye.

Yea idk why people expect Miami to start winning a bunch of games because Watson was to be traded there now. He still has to learn a playbook, develop chemistry with offense, is rusty because hasn’t played in almost a year, has the distractions going on, etc. if anything Watson joining that team now probably means Miami will be even worse because they’ll probably have to trade some young players along with the picks

Miami seems like a great place for guy with 22 women claiming some type of sexual harassment and or assault against him.
The other problem with trading for Watson that no one’s mentioned is what assurances does the team have trading for him that he isn’t going to do something stupid again?   I believe one of the 22 was investigated for possible extortion, so at worst he may have sexually assaulted 21?  Unless he gets cleared on 18 or 19 of them, no way.
It’s almost a guarantee since there is a grand jury that he’s going to be charged with a crime, so then you have criminal trials?
Watson may throw as many touchdowns in 2023 as I do, same for 2024 and beyond.

Regardless of if they trade for Watson or not they have a really easy schedule from here on out so will have a lot of solid changes to get a win like the Eagles the rest of this season.

Best commissioner in North American pro sports, and it’s not even close

Astros are way more hateable.

Sheil Kapadia dropped a nice nugget that contradicts Sirianni throwing the defense under the bus.

Eagles average 10.71 offensive drives per game. League average is 10.86

They lost to the Jags. I’m not that concerned

Theyre more like the Patriots, cheat to win!
