Limited snaps, but it appears Driscoll is about a league average right guard.

At least our DL was allowed to attack under Schwartz.

I was just making the observation they did change up what they did with the whole 10 yards thing.

The issue with this team is there are parts of it that are performing well. But collectively, it just ain't working.  The coaches are still butting their heads against their ideals and not being pragmatic with the talent they have.  You have 3 CBs playing well, so trust them a little more.  Etc

Let them play, let them be confident, then reintroduce the bits that aren't working now. You don't win games in the NFL sticking to your principles rigidly

It sorta helps the other 7 players on defense when your front 4 can do that.   Gannon apparently doesn’t understand this simple concept.

Above average pass blocking, just about average run blocking (slightly below average).

Lotta teams, several times missed out on Trey Smith, if he has a healthy career, those teams need to adjust their medical evaluations, much like they should of after Metcalf has proven himself to be fine.

Trey smith the kid from Tennessee whom the Chiefs drafted? I would’ve loved to take a chance on him in the 5th round range.

Who’s the fertilizer?

Kyle Pitts had FIVE catches of more than 20 yards last week against Miami. Certified baller.

Oh, and this what Siri's back pocket will look at the weekend

You have to wonder if his run block win rate would be better with more opportunities.

Learning a bit more of OG... played RT at Auburn most recently, and for the Eagles.  He needs to get more sand in his pants.

If he blocked more vs Suh and Vea it probably would have plummeted.

Yup, at worst he was a 2nd round talent, but his medicals dropped him to the 5th, it’s a shame because he’s a well liked kid.   Blood clots in the lungs are nothing to scoff at, but that was in 2018, a possible reoccurrence in 19, but he was healthy and played during Covid in 2020 because he thought by playing it would significantly increase his draft position, but it didn’t really unless he believed that he wasn’t gonna get drafted at all.

Just a casual day for Nick, howie and Jeff in the garden of Eden

On pace for 88 catches and 1,335 yards.  That's why he's worthy of an avatar

Keep in mind Luries quote about how they have so many future GM's in the building. It would be an in house promotion.

Alec Hallaby or Catherine Raiche. Someone like that.

Catherine Raiche sounds like a possibility. First female General Manager of an NFL Club, wouldn't that be "historic"? If she knew to get the right people and LISTEN TO THEM,  she could be an improvement. Keep Howie around in a different role to handle contracts, the cap and things he's good at. Make sure he's taking care of Eagles business some place in Patagonia with no phone service during the draft.

Translation: That should have been me.

To think he’s doing this without Kyle Trask, too.

I think you mean Vegas not Denver but yeah!

Vegas, Denver, hate-’em both, but yeah. My bad. The Raiders will always be Oakland to me but, absent that, Vegas is perfect. Al Davis is looking up approvingly.

I will acknowledge that the base run against our 5-2 was better defensed. The previous umpteen weeks they steered the stand-up DE out, blocked the tackle  in, and ran between them. It worked over and over because our LB couldn’t fill the gap, whether due to stupidity, physical limitation, or coaching design, I cannot say, though I’d bet on 2 or 3.

But it made me crazy and reminded me of my old coach.

Took us five games to fix that. Five freaking games!

I understand that Gannon has no LBs to work with, but he’s brutalizing the guys he’s got, like Cox.

Firing him tomorrow would be just jake with me.

Other than Stoutland, who the hell do we have who can coach? What position players are getting better? Maybe WR, TE. What else we got?

I was always hard on Doug for catering to the veteran guys too much.  How many rest days to some of these 30+ guys get?  I get you want to minimize risk of injuries, but that can't be good for culture, example to the young guys, etc.

Cooks will be traded to Packers, Colts, or Chiefs

Sirianni channeled his inner Gabe kapler

With JJAW MIA in body as well as mind this Sunday, any chance Hightower draws in and gets some snaps?  It'd be another guy Hurts underthrows, or we could see if Hightower has learned to catch with his hands or track the football.
