The positive today is the team has looked more like it has played on the front foot.  It's great.  But we are playing the Lions, so it's not a lot to get excited by

Let people respond anyway they want.

Just imagine if we committed to the run like this, earlier in the season.

Respond however you want. Some of you have forgotten the fandom part of this. I'm not saying you should be jumping up and down, but enjoy this win. We're winning 41-6.

What?

I'm not talking about a decade of sustainability.  I'm talking about doing it multiple times in the same season.  Maybe even back to back weeks.

Your QB being the leading rusher in a blowout win is not sustainable on any scale in the NFL.  Hurts running 7 times and having only 9 completions, is also unsustainable.

I'm fine with giving Sirianni some time.  Hurts is what Hurts is.  And it is clearly not a starting QB.

Oh yeah, I agree on Hurts. He’s not the guy and I won’t debate that. But what else can they really do? Start minshew? He won’t be that much better nor will he be the starter long term.

Defense has played better and more aggressive, less penalties, more creativity on offense. Those are good things to see at this point of the season after first half of the season.

Minshews sleeves look ridiculous

Have some joy, you don't have to be so critical and analytical all the time.

Titans-Colts tied at 24 with 9 min left in game, Bills up 17-11 on dolphins with 9 min left in game

Yes, they can start Minshew, run a more conventional offense, and we can start to really evaluate Sirianni more.

I have plenty of joy.  I also realize that sometimes you have to take a step backwards to take two steps forward.  Today is the opposite of that.  This seeming step forward will result in a bigger step back.

Peters is so bad.

Totally agree.

I wonder if this is a game that Hurts will want to flush... 🤔

Frankly, he should.

Can I change my prediction for this game

My god, you grumps. Enjoy the win. So glass half full all the time.

No S…

The theme of this season I guess is the Eagles beat a terrible NFC team once a month and then proceed to get exposed against better competition thereafter

So, Hurts had plenty of help today. Fantastic running game. Fantastic defensive showing. What did we see?

Leaving clean pockets, spinning around in a clean pocket, stupidly stepping out of bounds (got bailed out), using primarily the right of the field and continued to roll to his right.

He's not good, folks.

Idk if Flacco will see the field this year

Strange to wake up to us on the winning side of a beat down, will be an interesting rewatch. I wonder how many times a team has scored 40+points with the QB accounting for less than 200 yards. Seems like one of those weird random stats they like to throw out during games

Didn’t bother watching, too busy enjoying vacation.  Box score tells me the team didn’t quit on Siri yet and that, even in the best game, Hurts is still more of a rb than qb.

Bills up by 9 now.

When was the last time a team scored 40+ points while having less than 115 yards passing?

Pretty sure there isn’t going to be a winner this week

Jets winning

How many people will be fooled by this win
