Really want to see what Hurts arm looks like on a bomb. Mark please queue up a deep shot on this drive.

I would like to see more of Watkins.  Its only been the 1st 3 catches and then nothing...

I think that was designed to stop the D from paying too much attention to Smith...  which seemed to work...

At the same time you have a young QB that didn't play much in preseason. Little worrisome for going forward with just how much we might neglect the run game.

I’d be more concerned if we are in the fourth with this lead and don’t begin to lean on the running game. I think the Falcons horrible pass defense to get the lead and then week one the defense gets more gassed and they beginning to go more towards the running game

Not when I am eating.

I know Jacksonville is bad but surprised to see Houston putting up that much on them.

Love what I've seen in Hurts so far but it's way WAY too early too early for "I told you so!"s.  Atlanta has a handful of really good players but is far from an elite defense, and that's when those missed reads/throws can catch up to you.

Still hard to complain about his play so far.

It’s been one half.  Let’s see what happens.

Still can't believe they were gifted Lawrence, but kicked it away with Urban Meyer.

Sirianni's been calling a nice game so far...  will see how he does with half-time adjustments by the D...

Quez hasn’t been good at KR and it’s an unnecessary injury risk. Really wish we had a solid KR, it’s been years.

WFT pulls ahead

Would like to see this team start to run the ball more this half.  24 passes, 4 rushes by Hurts... to 6 carries by the RBs.

Never expected they would be the same.   But regardless... they have sucked at defending the run.  Not sure why Atlanta has abandoned the run when they get in the red zone.

I actually pointed this out last year with the Titans and smith. they would get into the red zone and at times they try to get cute instead of just giving the ball to Derrick Henry which got them there. Their percentage was super high for the season but in the games where they actually played better defenses they’d tend to get away from what was working and their red zone percentage dropped by about around roughly 17 percent.

Going up 9 is the plus side... staying up 7 if missing.   Almost a no-brainer.

Damn, are you trying to get a position on Howie’s analytics team?

That McLaurin catch I was talking about, dude is a problem

Wanna win? Put Boobie in

Nice one handed catch by Hurts

Yeah i think he’s done a good job. The Falcons were 32nd against the pass. They should keep throwing cause the Falcons can’t stop the pass. I’m guessing as this game goes on, gets later and if we still have a lead he’ll go towards running the ball more.

Meanwhile Texans are better with low character Watson on the bench.

It might just be the Jags

Hehehe.   I wouldn't last long there.

did not know ertz was hurt.

Man I can’t believe that wasn’t a fumble. That’s a compliment on Hurts btw
