We’re giving up 7.1 yards per play. We’re playing really poorly on defense.

I think the Falcons game was just a bad team that didn’t know how to play us yet.  Eagles dinked and dunked against soft air prevent defense all game long.

Chargers are a good team.  Sure, their passing game is having its way, but that’s how it is in the nfl.

Where’s Matt Ware and Quintin Mikell when you need them.

Anyone remember a game similar to this against the Chargers many moons ago when we blocked the game winning FG?

This is what I expected from this team this year... in games, score some points, and the defense just not having enough talent to stop teams when it mattered at the end.  

 

 

 

Even if this ends the way I am anticipating, I am happy with the team today.   But, I do want to see less QB designed runs.  I can't help that.

That was the final high point of the doomed 2005 season wasn’t it?

 

FFS, a couple of the D players should have 'accidentally tripped' allowing the Chargers to score a TD, just to get the O the ball back with enough time to try and score a game tying TD.

This will end up a near 6 minute 75 yard drive that loses the game for them because right now the Chargers can pretty much do whatever they want on O and take their sweet time.

 

I think the Eagles win this game 31-27.

I forget - it was around then. We held LT to negative yards I think or something close when we was going crazy.
