There’s a video from the other side of the street where she’s sitting there and someone goes back into his car to get something. I assumed it was ruggs cause it didn’t look like a police officer

I read a report that said Ruggs was laid out, hanging out of his car immediately after the crash while witnesses tried to help the victims; probably unconscious briefly.

The only footage I've bothered to look at shows Ruggs sobbing while his gf Rudy (?) comforts him as the SUV is engulfed in flames.

Folks can answer the question on their own why Ruggs was sobbing:

1)  His car was destroyed

2)  His NFL career was destroyed 

3)  He'd just killed someone and her companion by his sheer stupidity

 

I'll just say I doubt it was #3.  He should plead guilty and be sentenced without a trial -- but you know that won't happen.

No I think there are other people there. In this video that was provided he is sat on the floor and someone else does go to the car.

If I had to guess... Based on purely his reaction and the way he says "f***" is is very likely number 2 bud.

Right before he was cut it was all over Twitter. Not sure why his friends would go into his car to retrieve something. Again showed his GF sitting there and it was just her at that point in time on the curb but it was from the opposite side of the street and you see someone go into the car.

What's the other guy doing running around laughing with his phone out?  I can't tell if he's trying to help or trying to get pictures/videos of an athlete.  He keeps repeating that it's Henry Ruggs, like that matters who it is in the heat of the moment.  Is someone going to say, that's Henry Ruggs, we better get help quicker than if it's random person?  Then you have the guy actually recording the whole thing.  Does he even attempt to help?  You can hear people say there's someone in the car.  Not that every day people are quick to jump in to a burning vehicle.  

 

Different situation and different outcome.

It definitely looks like the guy in the black hoodie runs in to the car to get something.  Can't tell if he's trying to take advantage of the situation or if Ruggs told him to get something out of the car (something illegal?).  Just speculation because you can see the hoodie guy go over to Ruggs then and is leaning over him.

Rogan on his episode today talked briefly about the Rodgers situation and he said Rodgers told him he's allergic to Polyethylene Glycol.

I thought maybe the gun he had in there. The opposite angle across the street you could only see someone go into the car and his GF on the curb. I thought it was ruggs or an officer. But didn’t look like a guy in police uniform. It might be that guy with this angle but feels like there’s a reason someone went into that car.
