I prefer rack of lamb to leg of lamb but both are tasty.  Birria is also good although I think that can also be goat vs. lamb.

Depends on what i'm doing.  Having company...leg.  Cooking for myself, rack.  Racks are so much simpler too.  I have lamb 'breast'/ribs in the freezer right now that i have no clue what i'm going to do with them.

The Kashmiri's make the best Goat vindaloo.  So delicious.

I always like to try to analyze roster decisions.

Mac McCain was good enough to be on the active roster all year.  They cut him but add James back to the PS.  If McCain was deserving of a roster spot, why not add him to the PS?  James clearly wasn't being signed by anyone and they know what they have in him from the last few years.

Does McCain need to clear waivers before they could potentially bring him back to the PS?

Doesn't necessarily mean he was "good enough," probably a combination of short-term needs (S v CB), ST potential, roster flux, waiver claim potential, and coaching assessment.

James isn't a long-term solution, neither is McCain, might be an injury they're watching. They've cycled through a lot of DBs, Hill, Seymour, Arnold, Meadows, Jacquest, McCain, James, Mayden, Riley, plus the guys on the 53. Probably looking for depth and STs, but also keeping tabs on potential signings in case of a rash of injuries.

Hahaha

I hate the taste of lamb.  And venison for that matter.  Best way to cook that ish is to burn it and then order some wings.

That's a shame.

I’m usually pretty open to all food.  And pretty knowledgeable about food.  Lamb is weird to me.  And because of that fact….I have never made it.  So don’t know much about it.

I love it.   Worth learning about... ;)

Steak, lamb, ham, pastas.  Or, more turkey...since I don't always get a vote.

Christmas Eve is for seafood.

My Father-in-Law would get rib-eyes right from the Butcher, thein his idiot sons would cook them over a direct flame until lthey were shoe leather.

After the first time, i took command of the steaks for my wife and myself, and made sure they were done right, medium rare on the rare side.

It should be a criminal offense to overcook good steak! In fact, it may be in Texas.

Anyone ever watch Tosh standup?  He's pretty good -

I understand the point you're trying to make.

However, it makes no sense when you have 9 CB on the roster.

Doesn’t he get to plead the CTE option that most NFL players take?

Just out of interest, what do you guys then eat for Christmas Day seeing as you've normally already done the whole Turkey for Thanksgiving? More Turkey???

You may appreciate this.  I've moved to Bangers and Mash with peas and Magners OR brats, kraut, and fried potatoes and beer.  One for Christmas and other for New Years.  So much better than traditional.

For me too. Here's the secret to cooking a good turkey: dismember it and roast the parts separately.

Some of the most delicious foods are cute...

;). Lamb, venison, veal... so yummy.

Then again, some ugly ones are also delicious... pigs, chickens, turkeys, lobster.

Lots of delicious foods... I guess how they look doesn't necessarily play a role.

Don't care much for venison. Too lean. It's like eating beef liver.

Duck is too fat... venison is too lean.  Mix the two!

Duck is great in small portions.  Venison sausage is pretty good if it's in a casing.

Any interest in Josh Reynolds? 26 years old and would be on the hook for 500k. Could maybe sign him cheap for next season, too.

He's had a terrible year, but has been serviceable every other season. Sadly, he's better than Ward, JJaw and Hightower. Probably Reagor, too.

Low bar.

Venison is all about preparation.  If you get it wrong, it is damn near like eating leather.
