Falcons probably won’t win 5 games , but Eagles doing what they should , beating them handily 

After today, I like what I’ve seen from this Eagles squad. I’m cautiously optimistic just because Falcons are one of worst teams in the league. It’s still encouraging, long season ahead. Hopefully Hurts keeps playing well

One game doesn't make a season or a key of anything, but what is clear, is Hurts looks calmer out there.  He still has his moments, but it's not frantic.  He knows what to do

But, this Falcons team are utter crap too

Really appreciate the Colts running a lot of garbage time plays with Wentz under-center. Of course, this meant Wentz took unncessary shots.

Anyone who has passed judgement on Hurts after 6 games, and under 2 coaches, is premature to do so.  I’m rooting for him because it would be better to use those picks in other areas….but let’s wait until teams have a good amount of film on him with this coach.

If they are a good team, they should dominate a weaker team.   They really did that in the second half.  The first half was much more balanced.  Really comes down to Red Zone efficiency there.  Since the opening kickoff of the 2nd half, the Eagles dominated all 3 phases of the game.

I thought he had another season in him. But he might just be done tbh. They restructured his contract so he’s there at least through 2022 or they have to eat a bunch of dead money.

I think Falcons last year were much better than their record showed. They were terrible at closing out games.
