Don't see how the Saints fit the bill with Semien at QB but hey

Well wherever he goes, hopefully they enjoy him for the 3-4 games he ends up playing.

Yeah not seeing why he'd pick the saints, they're a good team, but the QB situation there is messy and I can't see OBJ and Michael Thomas who is a major Diva ever co existing.

Someday, perhaps.   That's lower on the list for me.

Italy, Spain, Ireland, England, Germany, Japan, Brazil, Mexico...   it's a long list, but I likely won't get to all of them.  Likely won't get to many of them until retirement... and then I'll have to time it to 'off-season' for better rates.

Depending how much time you want to spend and how much you want to do, you can either do Ireland/England on 2 different trips or package them together for one.  Back in 2012 I touched down in London the day after the Summer Olympics ended.  I took a pic of the Olympic rings hanging off Tower Bridge while a red double decker bus was right in the middle of the towers.  London is a great town.  I had a blast there.  The Underground is the most efficient thing I've ever experienced and will take you anywhere in the city.  The Wharf area around Tower and London Bridges has all kinds of pubs, eateries, and markets.  Shakespeare's Globe Theater is there as well.  Hyde Park is cool to hangout on a nice weather day.  The bus trip out of London to Stonehendge is worth it just to say you've been there.  It's smaller than it looks on TV/pics.  Still cool, though.

I took a train from London to Hollyhead in Wales to take a ferry to Dublin.  Spent a few days there, which was my 2nd time in Dublin.  Stayed near the Temple Bar area for the pubs and eateries.  Visited Guinness' St. James Gate Brewery where you can just walk around the different areas at your own pace as they have audio introductions playing all the time providing info/history.  There's a few restaurants you can grab lunch or dinner and the Gravity Bar at the top floor, a circular bar with windows so you get a 360 view of Dublin, is worth stopping to hangout and enjoy your free pint (you get a voucher for either a free pint at the Gravity Bar or can use it to learn how to pour a perfect pint and get a certificate with your name on it).  Nice golf courses around the city you can get to by bus (first visit) and an artisan street of musicians and craft shops on a pedestrian street was interesting.  First trip we flew to Shannon then stayed south moving from West to East to Dublin then hitting Galway on the way back to Shannon.  Lots of old castles to see in the South.  Blarney Castle has a very big estate that's quite beautiful with a botanical garden full all sorts of flowers/bushes/trees.  And the scenery driving through the country, though most especially in the South, is just beautiful.

I would try to do both if I got the chance again, though I'd want to visit Liverpool as well.  Several years ago Big Daddy Graham was sharing his experiences on his UK trip and said how Liverpool reminded him a lot of Philly.  Plus, I've heard since then that they've really built up certain areas nicely making it a better tourist attraction.

Well-earned promotion for Jordan.

There's no accounting for taste.   My wife loves a 'hawaiian pizza'.   I've learned to enjoy it...  but prefer more savory toppings like sausage, onion and peppers.  BUT... she also married me, so I should have known that there was something wrong with her.   If that's the worst of it... I can handle that.

Grilled pineapple is my favorite way to eat it, any other way is just not as good.

My friends and I created a pizza we called he barbarian, which was pepperoni, pineapple and jalapenos. Salty, sweet and a little heat. I agree that I prefer more savory toppings, but it's really good every once in a while.

Also, as a person from Hawaii, the disdain for anything with pineapple on it being "Hawaiian" is strong. Dole really did a number on the perception of Hawaii for sure.

Rack of lamb is okay but not a fan of much else on a sheep although my uncle, who raised sheep on his ranch did make a killer lamb burger. Most lamb seems to have more fat than I like with the meat. The fat on sheep doesn’t seem to add flavor I typically like in animal fat. But someone commented on duck being greasy.  Duck fat is wonderful to cook with.  That said, I really would prefer goat to lamb. Hill country is goat raising territory and slow cook whole goat barbecue is mighty good. I here that slow cooked leg of lamb barbecue is good but have never had the opportunity.

Cabrito at El Azteca (East 7th st) was one of my favorite meals in Austin.

They have lots of boating parties there

How cares how many yards Hurts passes for, those big passing yardage numbers generally reflect teams that can't run or play good defense. So they chuck and duck.

What matters is the OFFENSE, it doesn't matter HOW you move the ball and score, it's THAT you move the ball and score.

Eagles are now 11th in PPG (25.2), 12th in yards per play, 15th in net yards per pass, 5th in yards per rush. And they've played the tougher part of the schedule (QBs who controlled the game and kept the ball from the Eagles offense).

How can you have a problem with that, given the growing pains this season combined with an every changing cast of OL.

Houston with Watson in 2020, only scored 24.0 ppg, with an Pro bowl LT, a veteran 1,000 yard WR (Cook), Fuller and Cobb as the #2 and #3. Hard to claim the Eagles have better talent this season. Both teams had lousy defenses.

So what if Watson threw for 4800 yards?

What matters is scoring points and controlling the ball. If Hurts can lead an offense that can do that, then he's a starting caliber QB.

There's a LOT of garbage time production in those stats. Take those out and our numbers drop a lot.

You have to remove that from every team then

Yup.  The thought was to bundle Italy/Spain and Ireland/England together so that would give me 4 countries in 2 trips.   Obviously, I won't be able to see everything, but I'd get a taste.

Those are the trips on the top of the priority list.

How can someone act like trash, get cut AND get paid, then go to his desired destination? This has to be fixed in the next CBA.

It would make a lot more sense if the Browns didn’t have to pay him or were refunded his 2021 salary.

Obj has an offer from green bay I guess

When would we know if Josh Reynolds is claimed?  Is that today at 4:00?

It’s a contract that the Browns signed. It goes the other way all the time against the players.

He also would have to take vet minimum to go where he wants. He’s losing money to do that.

Chiefs and Saints are tight against the cap and over next year, IIRC.  While the Packers have started signing free agents, they don’t do it a lot.  OBJ is acting like he is the OBJ traded by the giants not the one who has been unavailable for the Browns or posting stupid videos throwing his QB under the bus.   Would he really take well to being the third WR on the Packers?  Further, I suspect he is going to be surprised by the monetary offers.

I've debunked this with you before.

In the entire 2nd half the eagles were within one score for less than 6 minutes.

Chiefs played prevent, eagles would score to make it within 8, the chiefs would march right back down and score, repeat.

But thats fine, throw that game out...

Care to talk about the 115 yards against Tampa? the 190 yards against San Fran?

Think about this for a second... Hurts has more games under 200 (5) than he does above 200 yards passing.

HE BLOWS.

Tampe and 49ers weren't garbage time games.  Those are two games where the Eagles would have had a chance to win had the defense been capable of making a stop at the end to give the ball back to the offense.  It's a very common theme we are seeing this season where outside of the Panthers game the defense has been unable to make a stop towards the end of the game when the offense has brought it within 1 score.

Hurts is a young developing QB.  He certainly hasn't won the job for next year but now with a proper offense for a young QB being called for him it will be interesting to watch his development play out the rest of the season.

Frankly,  running the ball and shorter passes, as long as they score, helps this defense.

The Eagles are 3-6.
