Nothing I like more than the guy who keeps mentioning high first round rookies and no one else mentions them when talking about Jalen hurts. Then makes it a point to compare rookie quarterbacks to a second year quarterback like we are the ones doing it. when he is the person that keeps bringing it up when no one else is doing it.

And then we get the hilarious that we all think we’re the smartest person in the room.  Meanwhile he states the rules that we all must abide by when watching a quarterback and nothing else matters cause he stated so. And then will change it later on because it doesn’t fit his narrative anymore. And I forgot he’s also writing the New Testament of the NFL every time he has an epiphany which usually contradicts with the previous epiphany he had when writing the Old Testament of the NFL

I thought you put him on ignore.

That is a job for a football guy, that is a job for a scout, not a spreadsheet geek impersonating a football guy.

That's why there were 5 GMs going to the game.

When you're talking about a top draft pick, everyone tries to get a look at the player.

When you're talking about a 6th rd talent, the local scout and the regional scouting director handle the eyeball chores.

One reason for Howie to show up is misdirection, even if he isn't planning to take a QB, he'll want other teams to think he will, because that will encourage them to trade up in front of him to grab a QB, pushing down a player they like. Which is why believe no rumors between now and April.

Lacks the context of game score

so no

Context, really? Moving the goalposts. If you’re behind you want to score, right? So is it bad that you score? Um, no. Is it bad that you’re behind 100-0? Yes. You want him to play LB too?

You want context? How about when the other team never punts? How about when their QB completes 90% or whatever? When you persist with dumb penalties. Whatever game plan you have goes out the window.

I have been clear in my criticisms of Hurts. He has been less than we need, some of it his fault, some not. But the blowouts we witnessed early on were more, to my mind, on coaching. With Tom Brady we might be 4-5, certainly no better than 5-4.

Yes.  That’s why.  He’s going there to throw everyone off.    He’s going there to be seen and try to look like who knows what he’s doing.  Which he doesn’t.

Yeah that’s why he’s been involved with trading up for Zach Wilson, involved with Deshaun watson and reported by mort, banner, schefter, mosher and caplan to be in on Russell Wilson if he’s available. It’s just all elaborate ruse by lurie and howie

Seems like a fair response.

He's 74 or 75 so he's about as old as you can get.  If there's a mandatory retirement age he has to be close to it.

So if you are a woke Eagles' fan, you are trying to cancel Hurts.

I would of liked to see the prosecutors face when the judge had everyone in court including the jury, applaud the veteran who is a witness for the defense.   That was a F me moment, lol.

The real question is whether Sirianni believes Hurts is a fit for the scheme he wants to run.  The Eagles have more of an investment in this young coaching staff than they do in a second year, 2nd round draft pick — regardless if he’s a QB or not.  It’s in the best interest of all concerned that Hurts succeeds, because he’s playing for dirt-cheap salary the next 2 years after this one

Sirianni has tried Hurts in a pass-heavy scheme and has now adjusted to a run-heavy scheme, at the far ends of each side of the spectrum.  Can Head Coach and QB find a happy medium and get synchronized?  There are 8 games left to find out.

Salary aside, if Sirianni and Hurts aren’t on the same page at the end of this season Hurts won’t have the starting job next season.

They would like for Hurts to work out, you have to figure when you draft a QB, you're probably getting someone in the #11-20 range, if you're lucky #6-10, and if he's an elite franchise QB you won the lottery. So if they can project Hurts to #10-15, they can use all those assets to build a team around him. If they decide he's never going to be better than #20 or so, then they'll look to find someone with more upside.

I think Siri had his own learning curve, he did have Brissett in Indy, but Hurts is a better athlete. Siri admitted he didn't have much RPO experience, and I think he may have thought if he could incorporate Oklahoma type plays it might make Hurts more comfortable, well that didn't work. So now he's gone to the opposite extreme, feeling out how to make a young QB comfortable, he's worked with Luck and Rivers, where you can install a more sophisticated offense than with Hurts or anyone they'd draft next year.

By the end of the year, Siri will both have a better idea what he's doing, and what he has in Hurts. I don't think he wants to turn Hurts into a traditional pocket QB, rather, he'd like to coach him up in that aspect of the game while allowing Hurts to use his athleticism to make plays - a fine balance.

It's been pretty interesting. And they have the ultimate boomer Judge who they have to explain what a smart phone and zooming on it is. He even called "Pixels" "Pickles" at one point.

But he’s got the Ring Tone, lol, Lee Greenwoods, God Bless the USA, that went off during court because he forgot to silence his phone.
 If the judge in the Arbery trial has that happen, one entire side of the court room will face palm cry, and the other side;

Ha I forgot about that. That was such a bizarre thing to do with the jury in the room.

The defense is a huge problem.

but the reality of Hurts is that he cant do much until the opposing defense goes into soft prevent mode.

I tried to schedule through work and theyre booked out till January. If I wait till then, its almost a year since I got mine. So I said F no. I scheduled at wal mart. Appointments were available same day. However, they have this contraption that they stick on your arm first, and stick the needle through to inject. Then it acts as the band aid. I suppose its designed for that? I hope... but I still dont like the idea of a needle passing through something and then in to my skin. I wont do wal mart again.

You guys are doing it wrong. You’re supposed to mix your booster so it doesn’t match your original vaccine to fully unlock your inner super powers.

Bc its meant to mislead. Its a way to fluff his poor passing and bias the data with his running yards. Its how you mislead the analysis of a poor performer.

It isn't misleading anything unless you're misreading something.  Yards are yards.  It's a big reason that Lamar Jackson won MVP when he only had 3,127 passing yards but he had 1,206 rushing yards.

Booked until January? Wow. I was able to schedule next day appt no problem at a health clinic a couple weeks ago. I also do live in a state that’s overwhelmingly anti vax, so that probably plays a part
