Now we know why Oklahoma wasn’t ranked higher.

I don’t remember TBH.

Najee Harris is going to have a huge game tomorrow.

Elbow, he’ll be fine.

Davis went out with a stomach bug.

Wyatt got rolled up on, walked off.

That’s 3 players I would mind having on Sundays.

True. Who's the backup though?  Haskins or Rudolph 😄

I know they were dealing with the flu bug.  Davis is a big fella.  Seems like a good dude.

Im still in on Leal for one of our 1st

I’ve been trying to figure out the right players for Gannon’s scheme… But then I wonder if I should get so attached. There’s a vacuum at DE, so I’ll probably stick with Hutchinson no matter what.

Yeah, I like guys who catch and block. Otton is also a favorite.

Is there a worse commercial than this Aflac Deion/Saban commercial?   So much to hate.

What about the Door Dash commercial with about 10 repeating doorbells.  Great for us dog owners.

The BK commercial jingle with the dancing king is getting on my last nerve too.

The one with the people singing a song that makes no sense. I don’t even remember what the commercial is now.  Which means it’s a bad commercial since they don’t get the message across

90% of commercials I couldn't tell you what the product is anymore.

lol  Yeah, that's the offense Jeffery wants to watch out there in hideous uniforms.

Right? Also cause teams won’t adjust to that type of offense and eventually force you to have to throw more. It sounds great running the ball 43 times on average and 15.5 pass attempts (based off last two games) and winning or being competitive in those games. However you saw the dolphins come up with a game plan to limit Lamar’s running ability and take the run away from the ravens. They dared him to throw the ball and particularly the middle of the field. They struggled and he got flustered at times and tried to force running the ball.

The nfl will catch up to a 43 runs to 16 pass attempt offense. At that point you better be able to counter adjust which is your Qb beating them with his arm. Which means you have to have a QB that’s consistently making the routine throws and making the right reads because they’ll limit his ability to just take off

Normally I would love Stingley.  But he scares me.  What would it be?  4 games in 2 years, that he would have played?

If we are going to be a zone team, I rather go with the ND safety than pour resources into corner. Yeah, I’ve cooled on Stingley as well.

Nah, should be fine.  One dimensional offenses are all the rage in the NFL.

Huh.  What were we talking about?

That commercials are annoying and suck at actually selling you the actual product.

This one took the cake tonight.  Some new smart phone claims to have the most inclusive camera ever because we're all different.   What?

I agree. Right now he is living on past reputation vs. production.

I'm a little cautious with Kyle Hamilton.

The track record of bigger "athletic freak" safeties in the NFL is not great - Laron Landry, Taylor Mays, Mark Barron etc.

Even a guy like Jamal Adams who is a good player can be a very real liability in deep coverage.

How he tests at the combine will go long way towards determining if he is nimble enough.

Is the consensus that Siri wants to throw the ball 40+ times a game -or- was that just of manifestation of giving Hurts as many reps as possible to see if he could carry the team?

The production wasn't exactly spotless either. DeVonta legit put a clown suit on him....TWICE.

Guys like Jaycee Horn held up much better against DeVonta than Stingley.

During his freshman year he was able to cover Chase and Jefferson Monday to Friday which had to make him so much better on Saturdays.  Since then he’s been ok, injured and pretty good, but nothing like 2019.

I think the consensus is that Lurie wants a passing offense.

No matter what, I can't see Howie drafting a first round safety. I don't think they put that much of a value on it.  I think the 2nd round is about as high as they would draft one. I don't really agree with it because I want the best players possible at positions we need.

I’m guessing if the eagles (lurie) had it their way they’d be something like 60-40 pass to run ratio (maybe a little higher pass). The last two weeks they’ve been 72-28 run to pass. That’s not sustainable and teams will make adjustments. I think the flip is that the lions and chargers could be run on but also they realized the more they threw the ball the offense had issues sustaining drives consistently.

Then I’m preparing to be disappointed because Kyle Hamilton is my first choice for Eagles draft pick anywhere outside the top 2 overall.  Freak athletically who projects to being a playmaker on defense in the NFL — something the Eagles desperately need.

Hutchinson and Leal are also very high on my wish list.

I think Hutchinson would be a player they would be interested in. But, I think they are going to use their first pick on a QB and by draft time one QB will be in the top 10. That position always rises late.

I'd argue that a rangy ballhawking S in today's NFL is just as valuable as any D position.  Give me D players who can create TOs all day.  Sure, they'll get burned here and there now and then, but the value of a D that can consistently force TOs outweighs that.

We need pro bowl level players added to this team. I'm fine with adding safety. But, I think Howie and Lurie are rigid with their philosophy.

I think D-line and CB are where to go early in the drat.  I agree on the Kyle Hamilton comments.  Name the last big, freak athlete safety to come in and dominate...especially taken high in the draft.

I'd love PSU's Ji’Ayir Brown and the safety class is very deep.  They will be able to find a safety in round 2 or 3.

Now, if they can get Hutchinson with the Miami pick and Hamilton in the teens with their own pick or the Colts pick that would make a lot more sense.
