Thought I'd try my hand at a mock draft even though it's still way early.  This would be nice, though.

Took Hamilton because I'm a big believer that a rangy ballhawking S is a huge need on a D in today's NFL.

Booth, going off the scouting reports I read, seems to be the most ready CB to start in the NFL.

Ojabo is an athletic freak and only started playing football in 2017 so he has loads of upside while already being very productive.  Hutchinson was taken at #5 so not available.

This one was tough since both Pickett and Strong were there and I was on the fence between Pickett and Dean.  Not sure Pickett is there in the real draft so I went with Dean who could be.  Undersized, but a play maker on the D side and I want play makers at each level.

Faalele is intriguing.  He's practically a slightly heavier Mailata.  Maybe a bit stronger, but a bit less athletic than Mailata, though ahead of the curve as Faalele is playing college ball.  Give him to Stoutland for a couple years and we'd have Mailata at LT and Faalele at RT for years to come.  Two 6'8" 350+ athletic freak giants as our bookend OTs sounds good to me.  Plus this allows you to trade Dillard and move Driscoll/Toth inside to G spots for depth.

Went with another DE with upside since we are thin at a much needed position.  Thomas has raw ability and a high motor.

Ross is 6'3" with speed so a late round gamble on a bigger body WR.

Robinson is a 225lb between the tackles power runner we could use.  Fresher legs than Howard going forward.  Bama have used him more the pass game this season.

Bolden is still a bit raw, but is versatile being able to play the run along with blitz ability and drop into coverage.  Familiar with all aspects of special teams, he's long and athletic.

Strong has a slight frame at 5'11" 175, but has ballhawking skills so could be a potential slot CB or in nickle/dime packages.

Durden, at 6'5" and 310, is a DT who has also been used as a pass rusher by NC State.  Late round flier on a versatile DL player.

Anyone see that play by the cowboys ?

jumbo package with a tackle as a receiver ?

never seen that before

I guess last week was a one-off for Dallas because they just made that look easy.

Najee Harris has 40 catches on the year.

The Eagles WRs not named DeVonta Smith have 45 catches.

Add Gallup to that group and it would be pretty good.  Or, as a few others have suggested, Mike Williams if he makes it to FA.

yep all thats true, but gotta get a reliable qb, though, good qb will make your wr's look bettter that they are

Man, I just got NFL Red Zone back for the first time in a while.  Seems like the game they settle on is yawn city; don't remember it being so bad.

Jonathan Taylor is a fuxking beast

Seattle might not want to deal him doesn’t mean Wilson doesn’t want out and try to force his way out. I don’t think he comes here but there’s been rumors since he got engaged to his now wife that she wanted out of seattle. I also don’t think he sees eye to eye with the organization about some of the moves they have been making.

If Wilson forces his way out, it won’t be to come to an Eagles team with such a bad defense in a rebuild mode.  Same for Watson.  Both have no trade clauses. The mention of the Eagles is just leaks to drive value. Stop pipe dreaming.  The stuff in your pipe is causing hallucinations.

He might be the best RB in the league. Speed, quickness, power... he has it all.

Najee Harris is a RB.  Gainwell would probably be in the range of 40 receptions if he didn't disappear from the offense.

That effort for the TD then, had 2 or 3 guys tackling him and just dragged them over the line. Unreal

10 carries, 93 yards, and 1 TD.  And it's still only in the 1st QTR.  17-0 Colts.

Hopefully the Jags make a game of it so the Colts don't sit Wentz in a blowout.  We need those snaps.

The Wankers have picked off Brady TWICE in the 1st QTR, but are only up 6-0.  Need to score TDs vs Brady/Bucs instead of FGs as they'll get theirs eventually.

Pats pick off Mayfield and score for a 14-7 lead.

Heard the same think with Simmons  , lot of NFL Ss can cover the slot , play the run and pass , line up outside

hamilton hasn’t  reinvented the position

I would be happy with either Hill or Brisker but surprised if either make it to our second round choice.

Washington 13-0 up on TB

Nor are these the guys you trade for when rebuilding. TB added Brady after a 7 year rebuild left them chock full of young, cheap talent, Denver added an aging Peyton to a great defense, and so on. The cost, both assets and salary cap, would stop the rebuild in its tracks.

In three years, if the team has turned around, goes 10-7 a couple years and gets knocked out in the first round, then you put a package of picks for a veteran QB like the Rams did this off season, to try and win it before the window closes.

Did you read what i wrote? I said "i don’t think he comes here”. Which means he isn’t coming here. I don’t know its right there in black and white saying he isn’t. i have never mentioned the eagles getting him in either of the posts you responded too. i don’t think he comes here. Frankly that doesn’t mean howie and lurie aren’t dumb enough to think he’d change his mind or accept he wouldn’t even though we all know he wouldn’t.

Additionally the initial thing you responded too said was giants were a sleeper team cause the bears and their pick could be top 10 and that could be the best offer seattle would get. And wife had said he wants to be in nyc , Vegas or La or Miami type market

Buy Madden football

Washington might have lost McLaurin & Chase Young .That's just brutal. If they lose both, they're going 4-13.

Former Eagles today.

Marcus Johnson- 2 catches, 67 yards

DeAndre Carter- 2 catches, 34 yards 1 TD

JJAW on the year.  0 catches

So, folks don’t seem to see much similarity between Hamilton and Chancellor. I sure do.

I know that Thomas got all the kudos, but prime Chancellor was one of the best to play the position.  He was far more than a 'box' safety.

Mac Jones is really f'n good.
