I don’t know if it is allowed, but if it was a shoulder to head hit, it really should be allowed.  At some point, you’ve got to let them play football and hit eachother.  Otherwise, anyone can go over the middle and grab YAC.  It’s not supposed to be easy.

If you are looking to reduce concussions, that should not be allowed.  He took a cheap shot and had no reason to do it.
