Are they or are they playing a team last week with their two starting CB out and a team today that is all over the freaking map? They still have massive holes in most of the same places we thought they had massive holes. Some are probably improving and there is a mirage factor as well. Howie still needs to go. Won't happen, but would have been more likely with less than 5 wins. Hurts needs to go because the guy is still an idiot without the passing talent to be an NFL QB who can win a SB. He plays like crap, has short bursts of decent play, goes back to sucking. That's who he is. He will play well at times against teams with issues and get his ass handed to him against good teams. They need help at CB, S, LB, DL, and OL. Honestly, I don't love the coaching staff either.

Just breathe man. Hurts played great today. It’s not healthy to be this negative.

We still need another WR for the offense.

Sad Reagor so far looks like a bust, if he could turn it around that would help the team a whole lot.

If he doesn‘t it‘s either a top notch FA or another high draft pick coming up.

I just can't figure out Reagor one bit.  They aren't helping him at all.  Last week the WR screen was blown up.  He would have lost 3 yards had he just gone down.  Trying to make a play he ended up losing 6.   Today he got the jet sweep and it was horribly blocked.  He had no chance.  So right there are 2 plays where he looked bad but the reality was both plays were doomed from the start.

He had a great sideline catch today and if I'm not mistaken that was his only target.

He has some talent.  He'll never be able to escape the shadow of Justin Jefferson but he can be a weapon.

This team as a whole doesn't take deep shots.  Not sure if it's because of Hurts or the play calls but even today, the Smith TD was 36 yards.  That's hardly a deep throw.   I think Reagor and Watkins can really stretch the field but we never see it.

No doubt.  BUT... the good news is that the OL are younger at 3 spots.  And now we have 1 promising young WR. Maybe it's better...

CBS productions suck.

hope davion Taylor keeps improving. I remember manu and i talking draft night was told by an Arizona coach that they loved the kid’s natural talent and what they saw on tape but was just really raw. thought it would take 2-3 years to get him up to speed to be able to play him consistently. I’m not sure he pans out but I’m hoping he does cause we badly need it.

Right up there in my opinion.

Just about everything on defense goes first, then center and then you get to another WR.

I think Quez can continue to develop into that guy.

I dare you to.

This league is won by offense now. You need top weapons and plenty of them. Besides defenders are cheaper in FA anyways. Especially safeties and linebackers.

If the chance arises to add another top weapon we will (and should) take it.

But yes, sucks Reagor can‘t just be what we need him to be. That said, in a perfect world we would find a tall WR to give us another red zone target to finish off other teams.

When he was drafted I thought his comp was Chris Chambers. I really thought he could be that type of wide receiver which is not a pro bowler. But he had the athleticism like chambers and chambers had a nice career. I hope he proves me wrong and turns it all around but every time I watch him I just don’t see it out there with him. It feels like he’s the same player today as he was when he took the field last year. There’s very few flashes from him anymore. And I would say target him more but you don’t deserve targets if you’re not doing your job well enough so that you are trusted with those targets.

At this point Tayler already looks very good. If he keeps that up he will be a building block moving forward.

It's the same as a TO.  If he miraculously won because the refs are blind they run 2 more times and take a bunch of knees.

It’s not the same because he was obviously short and it took literally 5 seconds to review. And even if it’s one minute left in more than likely win it makes no sense if something else happens in that one minute that’s more challenge worthy. It’s not a big deal but it’s not some galaxy brain decision either. It was basically pointless.

jjaw has to be let go , he's done squat , bring up hightower and see what he can offer. maybe he sucks too but you can see jjaw is a waste of a spot.

I really think it’s going to be a veteran like a pascal, James Washington, Christian kirk who’s still young and likely not to break the bank.

Forgot about him. I’d love to get him. With his injury probably getting him on a one year prove it deal. I think that makes it tougher if he’s on a one year prove it deal due to his injury I’m guessing he’s going somewhere with a big name QB to try to hit the jackpot for the following year.

He can bring Reagor with him.

It won't happen, but losing Reagor wouldn't hurt this team in the slightest.

We need top-flight talent on D.  Rarely does it make to free agency, but if so, it's pretty expense.  Best and most economic path is to find top talent in the draft.

We don't need a 10-target option on offense.  We have those.  We need a competent possession receiver/RZ target.  Those are cheaper in FA anyways.

As long as Quez, the RBs, maybe even Jackson or Stohl are dependable and not necessarily great when the defense focuses on Smith or Goedert, IMO, we're good there.

You get 2.  He had the timeout left to use if needed.

Prior to the game, some Instagram page did an Eagles/Broncos throwback clip to when TO had 3 catches for 154 yards and a 91 yard TD.  Unreal stat, he was targeted 14 times that game.  How do you only come away 3 catches on 14 targets?

Right now the offense is being run to the QB strengths, which is not a high volume of throws.  They threw 20 times in the first half, but kept the ball on the ground with the lead on the road and the OL and RB (with help from the D) put the game away.

Sirianni is doing a fine job of offensive game planning and calling right now.  Gannon’s defense is predicated on bending but not allowing TDs in the red zone — against middling and bad teams it will work.  Against top offenses it gets shredded.

Gesicki on Thursday had 8 targets and 0 catches lol

It was benign.  If he's right, the game ends sooner.  Not a bad gamble up by 17.

I'd like Chark or Kirk.  Both young guys with serious talent.  You wonder how Charks injury will effect his FA value if at all.

I like where we are at with our corners, and they have been solid for a while now.

Obviously DE is a top priority, but we will not draft a LB in the first, and I have doubt a safety (unless insane talent) would be up there either.

But let‘s argue this after the season, I think the picture will be much clearer by then, especially on defense.

Champ Bailey was covering him that game.

Don’t you have to win the first one to get the second?

What a great trade that was for the broncos. Legitimately traded a running back (while very good) for a great corner

Can they afford Harold Landry as a FA?  Will he even make it or does he get tagged?  I loved him coming out of Boston College.  9 sacks, 18 QB hits so far this year.

From the highlights it sounded like he blew a hammy that game.  I need to try to find it so I can share.
