Did what I could for you -- took Hamilton, Karlaftis, and Davis.  Dean and Lloyd were off the board by the time I got around to LB, but I like Christian Harris there anyway.  CB waited until Round 3.

It was brought to my attention last week that Jordan Davis will be 27 when the season comes along.  Hard pass on that in the first round

Ideally I'd like to see three of some combination of:

CB- Derek Stingley, LSU; Andrew Booth, Clemson; Kaiir Elam, Florida; Ahmad Gardner, Cincinatti

EDGE- Kayvon Thibodeaux, Oregon (pipe dream); Aidan Hutchison, Michigan; George Karlaftis, Purdue; Drake Jackson, USC; Myjai Sanders, Cincinnati

DT- DeMarvin Leal, Texas A&M; Jordan Davis, Georgia

S- Kyle Hamilton, Notre Dame; Jordan Battle, Alabama

LB- Nakobe Dean, Georgia; Devin Lloyd, Utah

The way it's looking right now is that our draft picks are slowly sliding down the order.  I think both Thibodeaux and Hutchinson will be gone before our 1st pick.  Hamilton as well.

I would also like 3 D players in the 1st Round.  DE and S being the biggest needs with CB and DT right behind.  Not sure there are any LBs that are worthy of a 1st Round pick, but 2nd or 3rd rounds if there's a good one hope they draft whoever it is.

I gotta be honest -- Stingley scares me a little. Seemingly living off his rep from his freshman year.

I'm not touching him in the top 5, maybe even top 10 if I'm a GM. Very high risk/high reward.

I think that was near the end of the half.  The pocket was still OK and gave him time to throw, but after a few seconds he did get the happy feet and danced around in it a bit (which makes it harder for the OL to block and give him safe space to work from) before settling back in.  Yup, just checked the highlights.  It was with about 1:25 left in the half on a 2nd & 5 from their own 20.  He dances backwards and a bit left then back into the pocket before rolling to his right and hit Gainwell for a 1st down, the play where the Broncos D player hit Gainwell when he was borderline OOB.  There was a tiny bit of a push coming from the right side, but he wasn't in danger of getting sacked.  He could have stood in the pocket and picked out a WR.

I don't know what he saw. Ultimately, he made a positive play. I don't think we can criticize him for not making a different throw but there's room for improvement.  His next 2 throws were good as well.  On the throw to Reagor 2 plays later, he had to keep his feet set and take a hit while making the throw.  Part of his willingness to do that may be that he locked in on Reagor from the start.  I think it was the correct read given the coverage and side of the hash the ball was on for them.  I wish he had not stared him down on the throw.

Hall of Fame WTF moment. Will never not be ridiculous to me that Jameis sucked on his fingers in front of a bunch of grown men in the name of leadership.

I hear you there.  I would still take the risk lower end of top 10.  But if I'm honest, I think Booth is less risky with close to as much upside.

Nice draft, I agree on Harris.  Here's one of my faves so far with no trading (draft order updated to #5, #11 and #15 in R1):

Use all our high picks on defense, pick up some free agents on defense/oline that will help (no eric wilsons) and another WR to pair with Smith. Re-sign Goedert. Let Hurts have another year. Still not sold he is QB of the future yet though.

Not going to be much money available for that in 2022.

Guy is an idiot.  It was literally the next play.  Like you don't take a few plays off to try to see if people don't notice?

There is 26 million. That includes the rollover. They also are gonna do the same thing to Brooks as they did to Alshon and cut him with a post june 1st designation. They will move the money around again like they did with Alshon so they have it for free agency. That will save 12-13 million. We can do all that with 38-39 million easily.

Wow, honestly had no clue.  Yeah Danny Watkins Jr. is off the list.

Not sure if it makes any difference, but the referee announced the penalty as a personal foul and didn't add that he'd been ejected when announcing the penalty.  Romo and Nantz announced it on the broadcast a play or two afterward.  It's possible someone on the SEA bench thought he was eligible to come back in.

Late to the party on this, but Hurts was good yesterday. We shut it down in the 2nd half because the Broncos couldn't stop us on offense and our D was good enough to wait for the inevitable Broncos mistake. That's good coaching.

I think we finish 7-10. Would that be a top 10 pick?

I think that's the first time I've heard of a player sneaking back into the game after being ejected

Have that set to start ~40 seconds in. Someone asks him if that was the sharpest he's been this year and Hurts asks "is that what they're saying?"

I don't know if he was being a smart ass or genuinely does care what people are saying about him. Was kind of interesting to me.

Over all really good showing yesterday in my humble opinion. It would be cool if Hurts could keep building and prove me wrong!

Best part of the whole thing  is every single guy in the background are just like WTF???

Not one dude is getting hyped or hollering they all just standing around scratching their heads looking around at each other.🤔

Yeah, I couldn't see anything in his draft profile referencing his age, so I figured he was normal age for a college senior.

When the Eagles finished 7-9 a few years back it ended up being #14 where we drafted Barnett (yay?), so I figure 7-10 would be 13-15 range overall.

My personal prediction is that he will ultimately show that his lid is too low, but he is getting better so let's see where this goes.

I'm starting to think there's a pretty good chance he gets another year at this point.
