Point of the question was how bittersweet it would be if Lurie insists on Hurts but Howie doesn't want him which leads to finally getting rid of Howie.

I think Howie is more savvy than that; he'd wear a Hurts jersey around NovaCare every day if that's what it took to keep his position.
