Incidentally, when I make two predictions for my bonus like I did last week, it's supposed to mean that BOTH things happen. So when I predicted last week that the Eagles would only get zero or one sacks AND Elliott would miss a field goal, that proposition was a loser since Elliott didn't miss a kick. But I'm just going with the single bonus prediction this week.

I can see Michigan being the #1.

Disagree, he was a projected 2nd rd pick who will miss the entire 2022 season (if it's an ACL), he'll fall to the 4th round.

Heck Pickens was a first rounder coming into the season and he is considered a 4th rounder now.

I know it won't happen but I'd like to see Michigan-Georgia and Cincinnati-Bama.

I think that's exactly what will happen, no plausible path to a Mich/Bama Semi-Final, and the committee will not want an immediate rematch for Bama/Georgia.

I think both would be good games.

Michigan-Georgia both have good defenses, good running game, not so great QB play.

Bama-Cincinnati would be interesting.  Bama would most likely win but mobile QBs can give them issues.

That will be a big litmus test for Ridder, if he can deliver against Bama, he'll punch his ticket to the first round.

Disagree that Pickens won't last until the 4th, same with Metchie, if it is indeed an ACL injury.

No, I think they'd be surprised if Minshew didn't play well.

The problem with Minshew is the one people whine about with Hurts, "he's not good enough to take them all the way."

Actually, as a tandem they just might be able to, imagine the headache of a DC who had to prepare for both of them in a few days.

Minshew is your classic "caretaker" QB, smart and accurate enough to move a good team, but not talented enough to carry a team.

There’s no reason to "run 40 times” with Howard out, Sanders not able to finish the game last week, and Scott not being able to practice at all this entire week. With how the tweet is presented, it’s pretty clear what his agenda is.

Feels to me like we can’t win tonight. If Minshew plays bad we lose to the frikkin Jets, but if he plays well we’ll have fans and media create distraction for at least two weeks. 😐

So his running will be limited and this just so happens to coincide with Howard and potentially Scott being out, with a hobbled Sanders.

Suddenly his ankle is "hurt enough" to have him sit, coincidentally when we're likely going to have to throw more.
