What we are seeing is how not having a real QB all season limits Sirianni and even with a backup QB they can run a traditional offense and most likely put up 30+

Bad throw to Watkins, otherwise we may have had a TD there.

Having said that, gotta love what Minshew has done so far.

I do wonder how much of the playbook is really available.  Minshew came in after PS.  Then he was 3rd string.  How many reps did he get?  How much of the offense does he really know, versus playing scout team QB?  

 

In a game like this... I'd rather secure the 3, get the ball back at the start of the 3rd quarter up 6.

Minshew's HT stats:
14-15 for 188 yards, 12.5 YPA, 2 TDs, 1 sack for 0 yard loss.  Plus 2 runs for 9 yards.

And we still have 74 yards rushing as a team.

4 for 4 on scoring drives.
