Not a great play there, but he's much better throwing the ball despite some floaters. That throw to Watkins on the sideline to his left is one Hurts would never make. Liked the shot to Smith.

Obviously would have loved a TD there, but good to see a nice long drive.

After that drive its down to 3.8. Thats with him making some magic happen on the backfield on a few runs to salvage something. The run D has tightened up.

Yep.  They have made adjustments to no Hurts.   Time for the Eagles to adjust back.

he seems to be trying to finesse a lot of throws. could be rust. Could be chemistry with these guys.

Would need more starts to see if that goes away or not.

I get that. He'll be better with time and reps, but not by much.

It's the same issue as Hurts to a lesser degree, lack of arm talent.
