Couldn't he be a Ty Montgomery kind of guy?  He's carved out a nice little career (one I would never use a 1st round pick on) as a WR/RB weapon.

So far he's shown he can't be a good WR.  Not sure RB he'd do any better.

At least CB he has an idea of what WRs do and has speed to stay with guys.  He'd have to learn about technique and all that other stuff.

Just not sure what else he can do.

Parsons really should’ve been listed as EDGE

The real reasons you don’t take Parsons is because of the second contract. Maybe it was just immaturity, but his history suggests he’ll become one of the fat and lazy guys.

I don't see him becoming a fat and lazy guy but rather a Henry Ruggs, do something stupid,  kill or injure someone, kinda guy.

People would have been rioting if we took a LB in the first round over a WR

If we drafted Parsons, Gannon wouldn't use him correctly. He would probably just have him cover most of the time.

He's such a unique player, that you lose a lot of what makes him special if you do that.

Speaking of Reagor, any chance they could convert him to CB?  There was a thread saying to convert him to RB but corner seems more logical seeing as though WR isn't for him.

We can convert him to another team.

Lets pray a team is dumb enough to give us something for him.

I thought more was just rumours?

The red flags go back to high school.

That being said, he was 16 to 20 years old.

Quinn has done a hell of a job with cowboys defense

Parsons talk aside, what what this game is showing us is that the Cowboys know how to identify and draft above average to elite talent on defense.  We can hate Jerry Jones, hate the Cowboys and bash the fact that they largely fail at knowing how to coach the talent they have but the fact is they draft circles around the Eagles.

Rushing Parsons is what makes him special.

Urban Meyer trying to become the worst coach of my lifetime. Hell of an accomplishment.

Boys physically whooping the WFT

Washington is going to be so banged up before playing us next week.

So I only get Bengals and niners next. So go Bengals I guess?

Some of these rookie QBs don’t stand a chance with the coaching staff they play for

Wilson

Lawrence

Fields

all have looked uncoached

Man, I'd hate to be a Panthers fan right now.

They have lost at least two offensive linemen, as well as their starting QB and #1 WR this game. Obviously we don't know how injured any of them are but I doubt they will all be able to come back by then.

Let's hope you are right there!

I know Derek Carr has his supporters here, but I'm not a big fan of him. He's too inconsistent for my liking.

but with hurts at the qb for the eagles, they'll still win

Thought this was the cowboys page for a second with all the Parsons jerk * off posts. F him, he's Dallass.

The tv games suck today.

I wasn't a fan of taking a WR that high again, but Smith is one hell of a talent, and while the splash plays aren't there each game, he's quietly having an excellent season. Smith is a player who if he stays healthy, will have a multiple thousand yard receiving seasons on a franchise that has historically struggled to have a WR do that. Anyone that consistently open as a rookie knows what he is doing.

Parsons is having an excellent season but it terms of what the Eagles need, Smith is the most relevant in the area he was drafted.

AFC is bad

Ravens got the ball, looking for the lead after being down by 21.
