The Broncos lined up with 10 players in the formation on their first play from scrimmage Sunday against the Detroit Lions to honor former wide receiver Demaryius Thomas, who was found dead last week at age 33.

On a first-and-10 from the Denver 25-yard line to open the game, the 10 players stood motionless and waited for the play clock to wind down. They were assessed a delay-of-game penalty that the Lions quickly declined.

Im either way at this point. I'd like the game in going to against the cowboys to mean something. But if not oh well.

It still might for them. Cowboys could be fighting for a home seed. Even if its not seed 1, seed 2 without the bye is still worth fighting for. 

WHat's with SNF having such trash games this year?

Feels like a big chunk of the games this season have been far from the best on the schedule.
