It’s you’re.  And I am in the industry you dolt.  Have been for 30 years.  First in Foodservice as a Chef and Food and Beverage Director.  Then distribution procurement.  Now food production sales.   So yeah.  I have a decent idea and I know that scratch cooking with less ingredients is the cheaper and more healthy option.  That includes salads.  As I worked in Produce sales for the last 10 years.  So yeah.  I know.

So you know more than a Harvard research team? Also it's Food service.

A cautionary tale

No one is going to want to read his scouting reports now.

And these studies aren’t subjective in any way?

I’m not saying being overweight/obese makes you less of a person, but I am saying that the price of food has very VERY little to do with the obesity epidemic. So little it’s not worth mentioning.

It’s culture, lack of education, stress, and complacency which all result in forming bad habits.

Everything in you're last sentence I agree with but I don't agree price has no weight on the matter.

A large portion of society doesn’t have accountability for the their actions.

There are plenty that don’t accept responsibility. I think plenty of people blame themselves and feel like they can’t help how they eat.

I’m betting the Broncos go all in on rodgers next offseason.

I mean Peyton worked for them and Brady worked last season.

I’m not sure Mayock is the one actually making those picks.

Yeah i think the Manning situation working out for them pushes them to doing it.

That route by Renfrow on the PI was awesome. Smith would crush that route.

Renfrow is a good receiver.

I think he’s going to get the blame for them tho and fired before gruden.

Of course. Gruden has a $100M contract. I don’t think they can afford to fire him.

Well I forgot to add convenience/poor time management.

And OK… please explain to me why this country is undoubtedly way more obese now than during the Great Depression?

Think it’s Davis? Cause Outside of Mack/Cooper & I suppose Carr, I can’t remember Raiders having any successful high draft picks in many years

I was a produce manager for 10 yrs up until this past June actually. Over the years Ive watched hundreds of people tell their kids no when they wanted fruit and told them to get donuts instead because they were cheaper.

Even if they bought veggies they would grab the frozen or canned because it's cheaper then fresh. Also depends on your area, one store. The one the majority of it's residents were on welfare and didn't want to use up all their food stamps on fresh produce  . I've worked in stores where the they had a very low percentage of people on welfare and didn't care what they spent of fresh produce.

From my experience it's usually the poors that ate garbage.

I could see the Raiders also trying for him as well. It will be an interesting offseason because of Rodgers and Watson.

People couldn't afford to eat period 🤷‍♂️

Id imagine work styles drastically changing too. Like I said I agree with your other points.

Didn't food with preservatives become more popular back then because it made food last longer making it cheaper?

My mother in law helps run a food bank and that's the only way some of these people get fresh produce. I try and grow lots of veggies during the summer to donate along with fresh eggs.

It was a bad contract the minute they agreed too it.

We donated to food pantries as part of our community programs. Even then the **** didn't want fresh produce   they switched out fresh potatoes for canned. Some people are just stupid and lazy on top of not caring what they eat.

Mark Davis supposedly pushed for Ruggs. No doubt Gruden has a huge say as well.

I’d also put out there russell Wilson too. There were rumors he wasn’t thrilled with the Seahawks earlier this offseason. And rumors his wife wants a bigger market.

I know lol. I still say they will just eat it if they can't get a playoff birth this or next year.
