How soon we forget what Carson Wentz is capable of.  The throw against the Seahawks was unreal.

That was an unbelievable throw.  His throw to sanders in 2019 was pretty good too to get it there.

So was the Washington throw to Scott

I love how I got a topic going with everyone so much that they're trying to do mathematics to justify whether Rodgers makes it or not

You're welcome for the distraction lol

Also I think Rodgers makes it

Or this

or...this.  Wasn't a throw but my goodness he was so fun to watch pre-injury.  He might not ever be that guy again but he is a franchise QB.

Incredible. He was in the zone all day Sunday.

The most incredible throw I’ve ever seen, though, is still the Flacco bomb against Denver in the playoffs.

The chargers are a really fun team to watch. Most of their games this season have been very entertaining. Herbert is a blast to watch. Might be my favorite QB to just watch play in the league right now.

@Wentz_Era what makes him Barnett 2.0?  From what I understand Karlaftis should test extremely well.

Also just read this -

Teams will fall in love with his versatility. Karlaftis can play 4-3 defensive end and kick inside on pass rush downs and can also play 3-4 defensive end. Not to mention, he is going to test off the charts at the combine. He came in at seven on Bruce Feldman's Freak List because of his 4.69 40-yard dash over the summer, a 37-inch vert and a 10-1 broad. In the weight room, he power cleans 380 pounds and did a 505-pound front squat. These numbers are incredible for a player who is so well-rounded technically. Most of the time, a player is either athletic or technically sound, but Karlaftis is both.

All the tools are there for Karlaftis to be among the leaders in sacks every year and be an elite-run defender. There are zero questions about Karlaftis' character, and expect Karlaftis to be a captain at the next level for a very long time. He checks all the boxes to be an elite player. From what he has shown so far this season, Karlaftis won't have to wait long to hear his name called and has all the tools to be the first defensive end taken: and in a weak quarterback class, it isn't out of the question he ends up as the first overall pick.

We will see, every time I've seen him play I don't come away thinking he's a top 15 pick.

I gotta go full Homer from the Massacre, just because Vick didn’t even get into the throw.

Man, I just loved Vick.  Probably one of my favorite Eagles of all-time.  I know he didn't accomplish anything here but there's just so much to like about how he came here, turned his life around and at times looked like the best player in the NFL.  I wish he knew how to put it all together.  Just look at that offense too.  Vick, Shady, DJack, Maclin...sheesh.

The hazard of cheering for a 6-7 team is the assumption that they will win every game we think they should win.

You mean like against the Giants a couple weeks ago?

Those are all throws that Hurts can't even make in his dreams.

If we decide not to spend a high pick on a center, Nebraska’s Cam Jurgens would be a good developmental prospect. He entered the draft the draft tonight. He’s a helluva athlete that Stoutland could work wonders with.

Mailata mic'd up vs the VaGiants.  I was surprised how much he talks and communicates during the game.  He's a bit of an extrovert and has taken to the game and culture of being an NFL player well.  Like how he gets into it with #99 after he pancakes him.  Dude just doesn't back down.  Then calls out the one player for a late hit, telling him he hit his teammate late, talking to him like how an adult scolds a child who did something wrong.

How many times did he call for Landon to strap up his helmet?  LOL.  It is great that these 2 seem to get along really well and work together.

Check out that hit he puts on the DB after the INT starting at about 1:39.  He finishes his block then you see his eyes focus when he sees the INT and how he goes in on the tackle.  Someone posted on YouTube that the DB is now on IR with broken ribs.  Don't know how true that is, but he put a helluva hit on him.  Might make DBs think twice about trying to return an INT with Mailata roaming about looking to take you down with rugby spear tackle.

Everyone knew Parsons was gonna be good player, no one thought he could be an effective edge rusher.  It also doesn’t make Jerry Jones a genius for drafting him, it just makes Quinn look smart for putting Parsons on the edge due too injuries and ineffective play from the pass rushers they already had.
The Eagles needed a WR that could run routes, get open, and catch passes, by some miracle Howie drafted the right guy because even a broken clock is right twice a day.
