If he puts it towards the sidelines, on a line, Watkins has a chance to take it in for the score on the YAC.  Instead, he has to fight for the ball to make the play.

Quez has made a significant number of really tough catches this year. If he had a QB to deliver him the ball consistently he might be putting up big #2 WR numbers but he just doesnt get those opportunities to establish himself as a consistent threat. Hes definitely got a knack for a spectacular play though.
