I want to say Rodgers, but Philly wont suffer a fool well. I cant imagine him lasting here. People will hate him and run him out of town. That would be a move doomed from the start. 

Really hard to be interested in Wilson considering his level of play right now. I suppose if you can get him for a discount it would be tempting. I dont want to give any of this years 1st up for him though.

What Howard does best is he keeps the offense on schedule.  Almost never loses yardage.  Very good ball security too.  But nothing flashy.
