Nice to get the TD... but the decision making is highly questionable here.  

Why throw on 3rd down, if you are going to go for it on 4th?

The rb route is technically called an angle, which can be run by any receiver, but I think the concept of the rb running it out of the backfield, in combination with the TE clearing out the LB/S down the seam is more commonly known as a Texas "route". Not sure on the origin though.
