hes always been about speed. 

And Chase didnt usually have a lot of separation in college. He was just bigger/stronger and made all the catches. Higgins never got proper credit as a speed guy either. People said he couldnt separate. 

Hindsight is 2020, but those are the types of guys he hates to see the eagles go for.
