Why?   They can still get the 2 seed from what I am seeing...  Long shot, but if Arizona loses and TB loses, a win for Dallas makes them the 2 seed... which means a home game in round 2.    That should mean something... maybe not though.

Arizona plays Seattle.  TB plays Carolina.  Long shot is an overstatement.

What’s the current NFC seeding?

I love T.O. I don’t care

TO's Super Bowl season was one of the most fun and entertaining years ever for me as an Eagles fan. TO had the chance to be a Philadelphia legend but wasn't able to overcome his own crazy demons.  I don't care how crazy he is, I loved him that year.  Whatever happened between Donovan and TO will probably never truly be known and both are most likely at fault.  I've actually enjoyed TO's post career personality way more than Donovan's.

I still remember the Linc going CRAZY with the TO song and having him eat it up on the sidelines.

I’m good with open comp…I don’t mind Minshew, he’s fierier than Garcia even. Hell, I’d be good with them grabbing Pickett late in the first or early second. He won my heart with that fake slide. I’m just saying, neither Minshew or a Pickett or a Ridder are no guarantee to be that much better than Hurts.

Sorry, not sorry. You’re an idiot.

I'm just saying we don't know what Howie and Lurie will do. They like passers and that's just not what Hurts is

They have a star WR finally who needs to get the ball more

Sure.  But, its not a sure thing.  Last I checked... the other teams get paid too.  2008 needed a laundry list of things to fall right for the Eagles to get a playoff spot.  They all happened.   Saints are in a similar situation right now.  They need a ton to happen to make it, but its possible.

Dallas will be resting starters.  Key subtext of them losing today.

Dallas even with a loss this week have a fighting chance at a 2 seed with a win next week or even bumping up to a 3 seed. No it doesnt get them a bye week but seeds matter for home field after the wildcard and who you play in the playoffs. Wouldnt be surprised if they play their starters

Can you Imagine them losing with backups and ARI/TB loses? I think we see starters for both teams

They have a star WR who needs WAY more than 3 catches per game and they have an absolute field stretching deep threat in Quez Watkins who rarely sees the ball.  I've been saying it all year, but Hurts will only continue to hold back the development of the WRs.

They finally got it right with Smith (although, he's no Chase) and they don't have a QB who can get him the ball.  It's really frustrating.

A. Eagles and Hurts aren’t good enough to sit out games.  They need all the reps they can get.
B. That "living rent free in head”saying was lame 5 years ago.

Do better.

Very Denis Leary of you.

If you'd rather beat Dallas in a meaningless game for both sides then put yourself in the best position to win a actual playoff game then Dallas lives rent free in your head.

This team needs reps. theya re far from a good team and your saying the best thing for them is to sit their players? If i want to win a playoff game Im playing my starters to keep them growing, learning the system even more and gaining that experience. You play scared and you will lose. That is the mindset of a soft team. This team has not earned the right to sit.

Really bad news for him as an impending free agent.

All jokes aside, Brown needs help. Unfortunately, I don’t think he gets it—and it’s sad. As someone who suffers from mental illness, I can attest to how crucial it is to get help. It was hard for me to admit I needed it, but it literally saved my life.

I hope he finds peace someday.

People who want Rodgers or Wilson here are in my opinion…stupid. Watson? Maybe. Most likely scenario for options is Minshew stays and they draft a day 2 QB like Ridder or McCall and have a true competition. I’m perfectly fine with that.

You wanna bet most of our starters never see the field next week if GB wins tonight? Player rest isn't a bad thing after 17 Games.

Agree to disagree. Don't really care what you think is lame either. Have a good one.

they were on a bye week in week 14, one of the latest bye weeks a team can have. Honest they looked like crap coming off it too against a team that have half the team out with covid.

Oh, hell yeah.

You know what's way worse than saying ''living rent free in head,'' responding to someone saying that and proving them correct.
