I'm not there now, but...

Never really found a place I enjoyed in Fairfield county.  Plus they call everything a grinder, so that takes away the romance of a hoagie as well.

Found myself gravitating towards the chicken nuggets from Garden Catering in Fairfield/Norwalk.  They're amazing.

But chicken steak is chuck. All from the shoulder of the beef.  

I like Cheesesteaks and all... But I'd rather have a bacon cheeseburger sub on a homemade roll.

The Mailata/Bosa matchup is fun, but Sweat-Barnett/Williams is just as compelling. We're going to find out if they deserve 10M+ a year on Sunday or whether they're just solid starters.

When I lived in California there was a place called, Philly cheese steaks.

I've never been to Philly so don't really have a frame of reference and admittedly cheese steaks aren't really my jam maybe because I've never had a real one but at Philly cheese steak in N. Cali it was onions red bell peppers steak and some kind of white cheese, I'm guessing American.

I'm not sure if that's how a " real" Philly cheese steak is supposed to be done but it was all right.

I've thought about what we can do with it to earn the board some money, but we need 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watched hours in the past 12 months, before we could apply to monetize it. 

If anyone has any ideas for it, let me know (mention me in the post if you do, so I'll get the notification). 

With the right idea and an audience that watches whatever is put on the channel, YouTube could potentially pay all of the boards bills. We just can't use anything that's copyrighted. Like Shango, for instance. When he watches games, he can't show the TV.
