Huge?

He was our #3 developmental TE.

#2 TE is a need.   Stoll likely isn't a guy that's going to be sticking around.  He might, but bringing in some competition late would be good.   I love Ferguson in Round 5.

The SOS is pretty close to what it is going to be at this point, it won't change much, and an Atlanta win hurts their SOS twice, as pointed out - although, I guess all of these games will have double weight since all these games are division games.

SOS.

See above.  But you may be right.

Are the Colts really going to choke against Jacksonville? And wtf are the jags thinking? Gonna screw themselves right out of number one.

Sucks about Jackson. Seems like a good TE draft coming up, at least depth wise. Might be a decent guy in the mid-rounds.

Miami’s will become better and increase (improve SOS) if New England wins and would be 11-6 and if atlanta wins against then New Orleans goes to 8-9 and would actually lower (worsen) theirs.

Lions are winning too.

Their strength of schedule is really bad.  Not likely to get better than Miami's, especially if Atlanta beats NO, thus making their SOS even worse.  (NO's record counts twice for ATL)

Good point

Feel sorry for Tyree jackson - feel like he gould be a useful player but can't stay healthy.

St Brown looks like he’s going to be a steal

Agreed. I thought he was a real under the radar pick by the Lions last year. Kid has REALLY turned it on the last month or so.

Jake Ferguson

I like Ferguson. There’s some solid day 3 guys this year. I also like Mitchell.

He will probably go in 2nd. The first rounders getting the attention are Dean out of Georgia and Lloyd out of Utah.

Yeah I have him as my #3 LB right ahead of Harris.

Wonder what they do with TE3 now. Dickrod doesn’t really fit the role Jackson was playing in this offense but not sure Togiai is a better option either

Nah.  Stoll has been a really good blocker and catches the ball when thrown to him.

Watt was just about half a second to slow of tying Strahan there.

NYG/WAS  BAL/PIT   --->  6 total points

Imagine if the Jags beat the colts. that would be hilarious

Yep.

So it’s Hutchison instead of Thibodeaux or vice versa. Lol.

I think the Colts have lost like their last 5 or 6 on the road in Jacksonville.

Yes. Haven't won in Jax since 2014.

That is true, but all 17 games figure into the SOS calculation.  For example the Eagles loss reduces Atlanta’s SOS calculation and the Cowboys win increases it.  The calculation is dynamic.

with that said, y’all are making a compelling argument.

A couple of those away games were in England.

Agreed, and it is a deep TE class.  The TE from Nevada is a Day 3 player worth considering.

I’m pretty sure talkathon already added the eagles and cowboys (who they also played) into the atlanta schedule since the game ended last night. So that’s already been likely included. Would be like Miami having Buffalo win but jets lose today. They played both

A question for the group…I know our DBs got roasted last night, but I thought many times that it simply looked like busted coverage rather than guys getting beat in coverage.

I pin more on inexperience (across the board) than necessarily a lack of talent, so for me, I’ll walk away more optimistic about that part of last night than 51 would lead you to think.

Where do you guys net out with that?

Hard to tell if they are getting beat in coverage if the coverage is busted to begin with

NFL Network is currently showing Cleveland-Cincinnati.

Cleveland up now on a TD pass from Baker.

Baker isn’t playing. Keenum I’d guess
