I still don’t think a tie gets the Raiders and chargers in. They needed Baltimore to win that game and then that could’ve happened. Because if all them finish are a 9-7-1 three way tie it goes by conference record and would look like this

raiders 7-4-1

steelers 7-5

chargers 6-5-1

meaning the chargers would be out. Unless since chargers beat the Steelers and raiders they’d automatically clinch.

They do.   Its been reported multiple places, and is how it goes on the Playoff machine.

Either way, it looks like 2 1st rd picks between 14 and 19, some good players come available in that area of the draft.

Sean Payton was right about Wentz wasn't he?  Glad to get that 1st rounder and to have moved on - Wentz will be a tease for the rest of his career; the Ginger Kirk Cousins.

What did Payton say?

Three between 14 and 20.

Cousins is probably a better pure passer than Wentz.

Pick 6 for Miami.

Patriots are crapping the bed now.

But, they've clinched.   Just can still win the division.

Saints winning is still good for us. No worries.

As for the Giants. I don't pity their fans; they knew what they were getting with Gettleman and Judge; an idiot who won't trade at GM and an idiot at HC.

The key to beating Wentz is making him throw over 40 times, or something to that extent, back in 2018 or 2019

Frank is probably saying to himself:

"Doug, what the hell did you do to Carson?"

Doug didn't do ish.

Carson lost interest in the game after getting that fat contract.

His primary interests now are his family, huntin', and fishin'...

Saints winning also means we likely get TB. Saints loss means we likely get the Rams.

As they always do down there. I'm just glad Pitt got it done. I wasn't super confident in the Pats winning down there.

“…then, a bit of a surprise. "We want to put the game on Wentz,” (head coach Sean) Payton said. Payton likes Wentz as a player, but his player-personnel analyst, Ryan Herman, gives him trends and numbers every week, and Payton tells the group two interesting ones about Wentz, from Herman: The Eagles are 1-11 when Wentz plays and they allow more than 26 points. And he’s 0-9 when he passes for between 308 and 364 yards, the point being if he does that, the Eagles likely won’t be running the ball well, and the Saints feel they can beat a one-dimensional offense.”

They should play for the 0-0 tie.  Just take a knee every play.

A giant middle finger to the NFL on the way into the playoffs!

If I was those teams I'd seriously consider tying.

Patriots will still win

Pointing out of the bills begin to massacre the jets then the patriots really don’t have much to play for except being the 5 seed or the 6 seed that depends on the chargers cause if they win they’d be locked regardless into the 5

What's going on in Miami ?

Some crazy games so far this week.

Need the bills to lose to the jets. But NE even with Brady seemingly always had issues in Miami.

I’ll actually be in the Tampa area this Sunday.  I still think I’d rather watch the game from a tiki bar on the beach than commit to a potential massacre.

Like I said, Wilson still better than average, but no where near elite.

I seen a draft that had us getting Ojabo, Devin Lloyd and Garret Wilson.

I know several on here don't want another WR but we need it.  Regardless if it's Hurts at QB, still need someone the defense has to pay attention to besides Devonta and Goedert.

Apologies if this has been covered, but is the wild card schedule announced tonight ?

Maybe, maybe not.  Wentz throws a pretty ball too but its inbetween the ears that the problem is. Same as Cousins

Colts trading Wentz to Washington would be funny

Doesn't really matter.  The matchup is the more important thing.    But a Saints win helps the Miami pick if they lose to the Pats... so we have to pull for Saints, and see what 49ers do.

Yeah that was more or less what I was getting at. What outcome would give us a better matchup. I didn’t know it would have an outcome on our draft picks so that’s important to consider as well.
