Really important that the Saints win.

Haters won't be able say we didn't beat a team with a winning record.

Changes the entire perception of the season.

Makes 2 wins against teams with winning records over the last 33 games. Both against the saints with backup QBs playing.

Not sure.  I was told Doyle and Allie Cox were good TEs and Pittman was a stud.

There is no excuse for the Colts not to make the playoffs.

I get it; I picked the Colts to win that division, but that doesn’t mean Reich/Wentz won’t improve with another year together

If you can't beat the Jags you have no business in the playoffs.

There seems to be some Colts kryptonite in Duval county. The Colts have last won in Jacksonville in ........... 2015:facepalm:. I think there was another NFL situation like that years ago but I can't remember who or when. A poor team might only win a handful of games a year but one of those wins would be against the same otherwise pretty good team.

They were good enough for Rivers to go 11-5 last year with his noodle arm. And the same defense.

We might not even be the worst team in the playoffs. I’m confident we’re better than Pittsburgh and New Orleans.

I still want a higher pick from the Dolphins.   Need Pats to get their heads out of the hindparts, and the Falcons to beat the Saints... if that happens, I think #11 is actually in play.  At worst its 12... but I think that the SOS flip happened with the Jags winning and would keep it with a 49ers loss.

Niners look horrible.

The Niners OL is getting trashed. Sometimes I take for granted how good ours is.

Bucs losing another WR.

Not looking good again against a bad opponent.  Really hope we get them in round 1.

Wentz is so similar to McNabb, both went downhill after they were injured.

Now I think Wentz is better than this, but being forced to stay in the pocket due to his loss of mobility eliminated his biggest gift, just like McNabb, the ability to buy time and throw long and make big plays. He wasn't an elite runner, but he was really good at buying time, allowing his WRs to get open.

Ironically, both Wentz and Hurts are having to learn how to be pocket QBs, however, Wentz at 29 has no choice, Hurts at 23 is being groomed by Siri to add that skill to his legs and be a true dual threat.

Mcnabb was very risk averse.  Unless it was a nfccg or SB, he usually didn’t turn the ball over.  Wentz gets reckless and turns it over.  Aside from that key difference, they were definitely quite similar.  Top notch athletes, big arms, zero nuance to their passing.

Don’t count atlanta out of that game yet. Frankly the saints as currently constructed aren’t good. Siemian and hill shouldn’t be leading any team into the playoffs. As much as i dislike Jameis Winston he was actually competent. They were 4-2 and then won when he got hurt that game. But F the saints cause F Sean Payton

These later afternoon games are total duds.

Pats are peeing in my cheerios.

I was starting to feel that way today too. The Rams look very sharp.

The Rams are probably the better stylistic matchup for us than the Bucs. Matchups are crucial in the NFL. Probably not talked about enough.

But I definitely hear you on that. I was feeling the same way.

The more they play the more I'm leaning towards wanting to play them. They are not playing good football at all. Wouldn't have imagined them being down to the Jets and Panthers back to back.

Maybe....we'll see.

Stafford would have a couple rings if he hadn't been stuck with the lions.

Yep. Also Stafford and Kupp would carve us up.

Who got hurt for bucaneers

Even with a stacked roster, Wentz couldn't get it done.

Let's go Saints!

Didn't know Jimmy had a bad throwing hand. Explains why they're playing like dog crap on O.
